It was a bit noisy, as the noise isolation isn't great.

The room, albeit small, is very functional. They had tourists' needs in mind when the room was designed. Convenient outlets, one of which is EU, good shower, small desk, a convenient place for putting the suitcase, a large and comfortable bed, hairdryer... The staff was friendly, and the room was frequently cleaned. Good price for the location.

The room was quite small but quiet, A view of flat roof and overlooked by other hotel rooms. The ensuite was tiny and the shower not built for larger people. The lift was good for higher floors. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I requested an extra pillow which wasn't available on the day we arrived but was left in the room the next day. Location was excellent, 5 - 10 minutes walk from Paddington Station. Restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops and fast food outlets all within 3 minute walk. Breakfast was disappointing, fruit juice, cereal, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, toast, croissant, tea and coffee.

I can confirm the reviews I've read: it's a great area to visit London, sight seeing. It room 205 was very quiet and clean. The people were nice all in all. The breakfast was okay for British standards. I can recommend the place and I'd go there again.

Room was a bit small, I guess that's because its central London and I guess all hotel rooms are relatively of small size. Breakfast timing was quite early so we ended up eating breakfast outside every day except one day where I made the effort to wake up early. Overall, it's a basic breakfast so don't keep high hopes.

It had the best location, very well connected, 2 blocks away from Paddington station which has direct access to Heathrow express. You can find both train, metro and bus service to anywhere in the city. It was also close to many restaurants, eating joints, grocery store, and lots of other shops to buy souvenirs etc. Hotel agreed to store our bags after checkout, as we had a late evening flight to catch. Both check-in and check-out process were smooth. Front office staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Space in the breakfast room was limited at times when lots of people came at the same time. It would be nice to have some fruit offered at breakfast, but otherwise really good.

No shower gel in rooms, had to ask at reception for some. Given sachets which were difficult to open... had to stab them with my nail file!

A very basic breakfast. No bacon and fried egg. We booked a taxi from the reseption to the train Station when leaving. It was not an normal taxi but a privat car who did not accept any creditcards. Just cash. This should not be the standard when getting a taxi from the Hotel reception!

Great location near Paddington station for access to everything in London. Small, friendly hotel. Small room but clean and what you would expect for London. Good, basic breakfast with lovely ladies who made sure you have toast and tea and anything you needed. I would stay again!

Breakfast didn't offer very much. An option of maybe some cooked food and/or fresh pastries might improve things. No fruit to be seen either. No hot drinks in the room either, which was a little disappointing.

There was a lot of noise from the street, and the walls were paper thin. "Toiletries available" means one bar of soap.

The location close to the Paddington station and Hyde Park is excellent. The breakfast was good enough to get you started, and the ladies in the kitchen were lovely. The "European" plug sockets were a nice touch.
