The only unexpected thing was not being able to make a reservation for 3 weeks hence on leaving. The desk clerk told me to email when I was standing right there. Was he incapable of performing such a fundamental task ? If so why?

Freindly helpful staff allowed us to leave our bags. We were too early to check in. Thebreakfast ladies were friendly too.

very basic breakfast & very glad we had our own soap & face cloth none supplied. Advertised that it was Air Conditioned but didn’t say that was an extra £10 per day!!!

The room was small for 4 people (it was supposed to be for 5) and had very little ventilation. We were not aware that we had to pay extra for air conditioning which we normally don’t need/get but the windows could only open a few centimeters so there was no air flow.

Front staff was super friendly and helpful! The location was very convenient - walking distance to Pancras station, Hyde park and other smaller parks and pubs/cafés/restaurants.

Rooms perfect for tourists who wont be in the room most of the day as it was the size of a shed (but had its own bathroom so it was fine. Priceline deal so we were in the basement with a window to a work area. No ac so glad to be in the basement . Buffet more basic than many as had no bacon.

The location was excellent, close to Paddington Station, buses, restaurants and supermarkets. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely people who prepared it for me! The room was also very clean. I was staying in a single room and understood what I was paying for so wasn't bothered by the small bathroom, it worked for me, but was quite tight. The rest of the room was quite a good size.

The breakfast is way to simple and monotonous for a stay longer dan 1 day. Every day same ham, cheese, jam and toast. The 'Orange juice' was some cheap kind of fruity lemonade, Eggs where boiled to complete hard Coffee was made of instant powder instead of real beans. Breakfast room was very noisy if multiple people attent Myroom has window to patio which give a lot of noise from other guests in rooms that are adjacent to patio.

No tea or coffee making facilities which I like to have The bedding in winter would be perfect but there were 3 layers would recommend in summer only have 1 with the others available on the shelf Bedding felt old. If more modern bedding was obtained and tea/coffee making facilities in the room then this would move you to a 9 rating I would stay again though happily and hope to give a bigger score next time.

Breakfast was awful. Watery juice, bad coffee, toast & cornflakes , ham, cheese, eggs, no options for vegan, could improve on so many levels. The serving staff at breakfast were just lovely and friendly.

Location was great, close to tube, safe, friendly, central Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom tiny but clean and functional, looked newly decorated. Wifi free and ok, went down occasionally Tiny tv in room, but plenty channels Would stay here again as great value

The breakfast window was too short until 9am. No other catering going on so it wasn’t like there was a lunch service to prep for. It ended at 9am so we didn’t bother. Only one pillow per bed with one in the wardrobe, had to ask for an extra one, about three times. And checkout was frustrating. As you pay in advance there is nothing to do except hand your card in and I found myself waiting while an American family were checked in along with 6 bags and all sorts of faffing while 4 cleaning staff stood around the reception desk, presumably waiting for rooms to be vacated, while the one reception member of staff struggled.

Brilliant location a couple of streets over from Paddington, our arrival station. Enough going on in the immediate vicinity with bars, restaurants and pubs galore. The Elizabeth Line right there too and as we were heading out to the Abba arena this was perfect.

Room was very hot so needed to sleep with an open window, noise outside was very loud and housekeeping started outside out window at 7am. Bathroom was tiny.

Would have been nice to have tea/coffee, kettle in room. Also shower was extremely awkward but understand fitting into a small place so overall ok. Air Con would have been good as was hot overnight. The twin single beds were a little too firm for us but ok.

The location was awesome..Paddington is lovely and very convenient. Breakfast was fine and as expected..the breakfast staff were exceptionally lovely. I would recommend this hotel.

The replacement of used towels coud be more immediate. A bottle of water in the bedroom would be nice and not that expensive.

Breakfast is very early, closes at 9, if you come around 8:30 you must stand in a queue for 15-20min as there aren't enough tables. The ladies at the breakfast room try to hurry you out so that they can usher other people to tables. Not so convinient. What is very annoying, the only window of the room could have been opened just about 10 cm upwards (it was fixed so not broken but deliberately positioned like that) and aircon was not included in the price therefore the room became boiling hot, even though outside it was pleasant temperature. Also they are having some sort of renovation so drilling is constant, you can't sleep during the day (like you can't have a nap). Wifi is weak.

It is located in the centre, everything is really close. The beds are exquisite, very comfy. So are the pillows.
