Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomAccessibility - There's a bus stop for the airport right opposite, but there seemed to be no buses to stop there! Fare for the short taxi ride reflected the airport charge, Uber back was a bit cheaper.
Quiet and comfortable. Pub opposite serves mainly Indian food- enjoyed an evening meal, not too greasy! Breakfast sounded pre-packaged, probably would be fine but we chose to have breakfast at the airport instead

There was no breakfast at the hotel. But the hint to have breakfast at Charly´s Diner just around the corner was excellent. The hotel rooms were very nice and dog friendly. And the garden was lovely.

United KingdomBathroom slightly small but okay for a short duration stay. Could have done with the soap refilling too as there was no hand soap.
The room was fabulous. Very comfy bed and spacious room, the lady who helped us was amazing. The decor was up to date and lovely. Bathroom was practical. Offered to help us sort taxi and everything so was amazing. The location of this hotel was also great with a pub less than 2 minute walk away, and really close to airport, less than 10 min drive.

United KingdomUnfortunately the booking.com advert was misleading with additional costs for leaving the car at the venue for a fee (confirmed by venue too). An extra expense was needed to leave the car an additional night. Though, a few nights of car parking is included in the fee.
Friendly staff. Sky Q was a nice surprise. Really supported with local transport and recommendations of restaurants. We stayed for the night, as a stop off before flying out. I would also recommend staying there for casual purposes too if you wanted a breakaway.

For a party of six this location is truly excellent. It is very close to Gatwick Airport and the greyhound Pub is about 150 yards away. The owner was more than helpful with any request and we all enjoyed our stay there.

I didn't opt for breakfast. Location was nice opposite a pub. The room was chic and lovely. I had the Audrey Hepburn room which was cool. 6 bottles of free water, chocolates and 6 Biscoff! The host was couldn't do enough, she was lovely.
