Unfortunately cleanliness is a major issue for the apartment. The main oven had bits of melted cheese hanging of rack and base covered with grease . The top oven much worse and truthfully looked and smelled like it hasn't been cleaned in years . I sent the host photos & they say have booked a deep clean . Kitchen door handles also grubby and floor sticky . Sheets left in dryer . Lounge furniture not that comfortable apart from one reclining chair . No wardrobe in one of bedrooms ...and broken shelving in top bedroom just hanging with nails exposed . Curtains need attention in that top bedroom too as half off hooks .

Location of this property is excellent. Beautiful views and close access to beach ; shops and restaurants. Beds were clean & comfortable.

the glass doors and glass balcony were dirty which was disappointing as the view was the focal point of the apartment. also the entrance way a little unkempt

Sadly we were disappointed with the kitchen equipment ( 1 bowl and 4 dinner plates) for an apartment that was supposed to serve 6 guests? No outdoor furniture to sit on the amazing balcony and curtains coming off the rails in the main bedroom. No welcome pack and soap dispensers that were empty, WiFi didn’t work and was disconnected. As I explained on the phone our 4 other guests pulled out due to illness which wasn’t your fault but we don’t think it would have worked very well if all six of us had stayed. Looking back at previous reviews, I think the majority of guests have mentioned the same things. We will return to the area as our daughter lives in Belfast but I don’t think we would re book as planned with our relatives in the future. Sorry to sound negative as it could be a stunning property just looks a bit tired for the money you are charging.

Apologies for late response but we have been travelling since we left Portrush. We loved the views from the balcony, the very comfortable bed and great shower in the top bedroom.

The apartment is a little tired. The carpets and timber flooring could do with rejuvenation and the sliding door onto the balcony is on its last legs (although it didn't matter for us as the weather was warm). The main bedroom was very hot as the water cylinder is in the next room and not lagged. The restaurant options are very limited in the town - mostly take-aways - so having a fully equipped kitchen was great as it meant we could cook for ourselves.

The view from the living room and balcony was amazing and the location beside the beach. Checking in was easy. The kitchen, bathrooms and bed linen were all really well presented and clean (apart from the cooker).

No welcome pack or information pack. Lack of cups and glasses. The apartment gets very hot - the main bedroom especially. Some rooms also get food smells from restaurant extraction system. Shame not too have any outside furniture on balcony.

I think for the money it was quite basic and lacked character. It could use a little TLC with the furniture. There’s a 3 seater sofa and 2 armchairs - neither of them match and the sofa looks very old. It could also be a little bit cleaner as there was food in the sink when we arrived. It was very cold and the heating wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms however we moved the electric heater from the living room and it was fine.

Apartment was lovley,perfect spot close to beach,shops restaurants,and pubs..Very comfortable...Although the pics show a twin room,this is only in one of the apartments not both,slightly confusing...Although it didn't annoy us too much...Very good contact with owners,nothing was a bother ...Parking is a little tight wouod recommend getting there early fir a spot....All in all would def use again 👍

With visiting in January the weather was extremely cold, heating seamed to go off roughly 8pm… we had to sit in living area with blankets over us , it was very cold… not acceptable

Only issue for us was the constant vibration/hum from the restaurant below , fans I think . Wasn’t an issue really during the day or evening but was more noticeable at night when we were all in bed

The view is amazing and the flat well set out to enjoy this . The beds are really comfortable and there are three bathrooms which was good for the 5 of us. Everything we needed was there. The staff were lovely , collecting the key was no issue and they provided us with plenty of ice from the bar. So central and handy for the bars and restaurants. Definitely would love to stay here again

We couldn't adjust the heating in the top bedroom and it was so hot. As a result, I had a poor night's rest. The sheets had marks or stains on them, which also made me feel uncomfortable. The cooker needed a bit of attention as one ring didn't work properly, but I'm guessing most people eat out so could be easily overlooked. A bit more attention detail would be great. For example, the curtains were off a few hooks, and although it's painted and decorated, the paint work in the bathroom looked very rushed as there was paint on the ceiling. I'm maybe being a bit picky with these comments, but definitely need the heating and cleanliness of the sheets looked at. Also, perhaps provide a sheet + a duvet so there can be an option.

Loved the location. Staff were friendly, and the apartment was very spacious throughout. The rooms in which my children stayed were perfect. The staff were very accommodating as I requested a 1 hour earlier check in time and this was given.

Great hosts and a beautiful location. Great for the sunrise! There is a bakery right out side the door and the hosts run a restaurant and cafe on site so you barely need to leave. Great spot for being able to explore the town without needing a car and a short car ride to attractions like the Giant's Causeway.
