Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomRoom lacks any charm or character. No pictures. It's a bit stark. Easy to clean I would imagine but no spark. I was kept awake by a constant ticking in the bathroom (even with the door closed), seems like an electric meter or timer. Very irritating. Also didn't appreciate the message received at 6:30 to remind me to be out by 10:30. Do people really need reminding?
Room was very clean and tidy. Bed comfortable, Shower was excellent, Good quality hotel type modular furniture.

United KingdomThe TV was a bit outdated, YouTube app wouldn't work but most hotels/bnbs don't have access to this anyway so wasn't really a problem. Would be nice to have toothpaste, had to go to Co-Op to get some.
Really great room, nice and easy check in and out that meant it wasnt necessary to physically see someone to check in. Great location lots of options of where to travel and parking was extremely convenient. Shower was great, food pressure and the shampoo/body wash was nice scented and didn't make my hair dry.

The location was great for us, an onsite cafe provides breakfast but also local to other places to eat and drink. Allocated easy parking was brilliant. Rooms comfortable with everything you need. Slept very well and the shower was amazing. Loved every minute. The host was extremely helpful with advice, which we used and made our stay just right. Would highly recommend.

United KingdomThere was a lovely cafe on site which we were looking forward to visiting but we were disappointed to find out when we got there it didn't open on Mondays ! There wasn't any mention of this when booking. We did find somewhere else for our breakfast ( not far away ). We had a problem with our TV not working, and they sorted it out straight away. The hosts are lovely people.
The room was lovely and spacious. It had just been cleaned and smelt lovely. Overall, the cleanliness was very high. The bed was huge, comfy, clean, and we had a lovely sleep. The location was great, not far from local attractions.

Needed a bed for the night while work was being completed at home. Is was only 2 miles up the road, unfortunately we couldn't have breakfast 😕 The Foxes doesn't open until 9am. We didn't know this when we booked, would probably have chosen an alternative had we known at time of booking.
