We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe were really impressed with Oak Tree Lodge. For us it was pre airport stop to avoid a very early start. Pricing was very much in line with other big airport hotels which are often very basics and clinical. Oak Tree Lodge was anything but! Lots of lovely little touches, like scrabble to play in the room, sleep mist to spray on pillows, plenty of snacks available and much more. David greeted us when we arrived, who was really friendly and gave us a couple of recommendation for pub/restaurant for dinner. We also organised airport transfers with Oak Tree Lodge, we were met by an also very friendly Richard right on time, and delivered to our terminal within approx 15 mins. Our stay at Oak Tree Lodge was really wonderful, and completely removed the stress of an early airport run. We will no doubt be back, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

We stayed here the night before our early flight. It was great. The parking was good. It was very clean. We particularly liked the extra touches - toiletries you could purchase in the room if you had forgotten anything; the breakfast items in the room we could choose from and particularly the breakfast box which contained a lovely ham and cheese croissant and really good quality fruit salad; torch in the room; hot water bottle. The room was warm and nicely furnished. We will stay here again.

We loved the decor and all the extra touches provided; treats, kettle, hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee, extra toiletries in case you forgot your own. Breakfast was just outside our room (continental with cook your own eggs). David made arrangements with a pub just 2 minutes walk away for dinner. Very friendly and accommodating.

The room was perfect, the set up with the breakfast and being able to just help yourself when you needed to. There was a nice touch for when we arrived with bags of mixed sweets and a bottle of water either side of the bed . Also they pointed us on the right direction for our evening meal and also dropped us off earlier at the airport, I'm safe in the knowledge that our car is in good hands

The rooms were to a very high standard, nothing left out. Wonderful food and drink array for you. The short amazing. Very comfy bed. Plus on top of that vfm parking and return transfer fare for Gatwick. David is brilliant, we'll be back time after time 👍 PS great pubs a 3 or 9 min walk away. We did the curious pig in the parlour, 9 min walk. Wow amazing food 👍
