Breakfast was a little squished. No room in breakfast room so had to sit close to reception desk. Food was good though.

Lovely house located close to Clifton bridge and village. Got a permit and managed to park on road opposite.

I can't really think of anything!

Immediately a very warm welcome with details about parking etc sent beforehand, so that it was really straightforward on arrival. Thoughtful touches like a card for local taxi service (Bristol 'uber' equivalent) which meant that finding my way back from dinner in the evening was really easy. Beautiful room, loved the classical music on arrival - immediately relaxing! High quality breakfast with well-stocked mini-bar at reasonable prices. Very positive experience all round, would love to stay again.

Breakfast was excellent and could be delivered to your room. The bed was comfy and room spotless. The view from the room from both sides was lovely. Location was really good for exploring Clifton and could walk in to the centre though Uber and bolt both readily available and cheap.

The big easy chairs where we sat to have breakfast were lovely and comfortable but for me not ideal to eat from. More for relaxing in. There were some other chairs which we opted for on the 2nd day.

Everythung was pretty perfect. Very classy decorated house. The room was lovely, very comfortable. Nice toiletries, comfy bed, slippers and bathrobe provided. Lovely biscuits provided. I liked the fact that it was pretty quiet where our room was and you could open the window for fresh air. The breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty with good quality produce. Catered for gluten free diet which was appreciated. We were there at the weekend so parking free. Parking was on the street.The house is just opposite a park if you wanted a nice leafy walk. It was close to many numerous shops and restaurants etc.

Beautiful location with dual aspect views across the downs and back over the whole of Bristol. The suite was spacious and well thought out, with comfortable furniture and a really big comfortable bed. Massive bathroom with roll top bath and large shower. Couldn’t have wanted more. Staff were attentive but not intrusive and the breakfast in the lounge area felt very relaxed. Good was great.

The shower only had a waterfall style showerhead which is no good if you don't want to wash your hair every day (which I don't).

The room was very comfortable and the view was great. The decor of the hotel was very stylish but also relaxed. There was a nice terrace for guests overlooking Bristol and the full English breakfast was a treat.

Lovely room, nice selection of teas and coffees, great hairdryer (which is unusual in a hotel), with a plug close to the mirror (again unusual!), well stocked mini bar and jug of fresh milk in the fridge, friendly staff
