I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were small, like the average accomodation in London. Some walls are in need of a repaint and the furniture should be a little bit more refined (the fabric of the armchair was faded, there was some stains on the sofa and the bedspread - wax,maybe? - while the cushions were extremely uncomfortable. The windows were drafty. There was no toilet brush, which is essential if you share a bathroom. My guest who stayed on the second floor was satisfied, except for the noise of doors constantly opening and closing in the morning.

We booked two studio apartments, one of which for single use, on two different floors of the building, second and fourth floor. Room cleaning is essential and must be improved to become a strength of this hotel. The bed was comfortable. There was a very useful kettle, 2 coffee and barley pods, tea and powdered milk + 2 biscuits, glasses, plates and cutlery if needed. My guest who stayed on the second floor was satisfied, except for the noise of doors constantly opening and closing in the morning. All in all, I would recommend it. Excellent location, friendly staff.

Checkout didn't open until 9.00, I had to leave at 8.30 to catch a train and there were no clear 'auto checkout' instructions. Also early or late checkin fees at £20 an hour is very steep.

Booking was made 11 month ago for 4 nights and was specificly asked higher floors starting with 2nd floor. Was given 1-st floor with window not hold to be open, used a cup?!! to keep it little open. Very dirty with look like mold outside at window sill right where window was open! First bedding was w/presense of hairs, slept first night dressed,,, All of the above was very disappointing. Bedding was changed on 2nd night. No paper or kitchen towels.

The location was really nice close to underground station, busses. Close to brodwalk w/stores and restaurants. Really nice Hyde park with nice grounds and lake. Beatifull Kensington royal residence. We were met by pleasant receptionist. It does have elevator

It was a little complicated to locate the address on the google maps, but maybe it was just me.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Quiet room in a quiet street.

No late check in available, lobby only manned part time. Small rooms and bed was narrow and pretty firm.

Very small for two if you have lots of bags but it was well equipped. Hard to turn the shower on without getting wet. Strange policy about charging for early check in (understandable if specifically requested of course) even if the room is already ready- never seen that at a hotel/accommodation before. We were there 30 minutes early though and were not charged.

Great location- walking distance to several tube stations, Kensington gardens and Hyde park. Clean. Good shower pressure. Staff were friendly. Small bed but comfortable. Great to have a toaster, fridge, coffee machine etc.

The sliding door didn’t cover the bath only the shower. No key for the outside courtyard bit. Would have loved to sit out & drink our wine.

Bed was very uncomfortable and wouldn't recommend staying on lower levels as It sounds like elephants walking around above you, not great at 3am. The lights also flickered, and some didn't work at all.

We were bit disappointed on the second day when we got back from hotel at the evening, we found out that the door was unlocked after the housekeeping service we believe. The latch was opened so basically anyone at that time can go in by pushing through the door. We reflected the issue to the reception just as a reminder and it didn’t happened since.

Reception staff are nice and helpful. Check-in is efficient and we are happy for the facilities in the room. It is remarkable that the reception and rooms are very stylish and modern.

There were no sponges or dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes properly.

The hotel was able to accommodate us with a late check-in. The small kitchenette is very convenient to prepare food - for us we arrived late and grabbed a few items from the grocer nearby to prepare at home before we went to bed. We also used the kitchenette to prepare breakfast. The location is great. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a good sized clean room. The staff went the extra mile to support and were very professional and kind. The place has easy access to London. Check in was easy and staff were amazing and generous. Keep up the great work

The hotel could have been better signposted. We had trouble finding it. It looks like a normal residential building.

The receptionist was very nice, helpful and laid back. The room was clean, well equipped and had a good size. The hotel is located in a quiet side street. There are some small restaurants nearby. Hyde Park, Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate are within walking distance. It‘s convenient to travel from/to Heathrow Airport.

Having a separate hand towels in the room would have been great - as we had to use our bath towel for other purposes - which we were not used to it before.

Only 2 towels for 2ppl staying 3 nights and no towel rack, when was to have second shower the towel was still wet. Expected them to be replaced since clearly staff had entered the room. Small room, kept banging foot on the edge of the bed, no possibility of dimming the lights. Woke up with the guests of room next to us opening and closing the drawers. Not very soundproof.

Clean and smelt nice, shower cabin was of good size and water gets warm almost instantly, had all facilities to even cook there and conveniently located. Staff was friendly.
