Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomBreakfastvwas one of the worst I have ever had in a hotel. The bacon was greasy and very fatty, the fried eggs were hard and had obviously been there awhile, the scrambled eggs were hard and dry and the sausages dry and cold. I have stayed in many Novotels and the breakfast was the worst ever, not worth the money I paid for it. It's a shame as the dinner the night before was really good.

United KingdomThe layut of the toilet was very strange as it was outside the shower area in a different place with no sink next to the toilet which I found it very awkward! The other important thing is that no AC in the room and it gets very warm during night so that I woke up in the middle of my sleep quite few times and had to open the window in the end.
very nice building with spaceous rooms and very nice staff. There is a parking area if you are driving but you pay extra £15/night for the car.

The location is central, close to the millenium gallery and station. The staff were really friendly and kind, including to our dog. Lovely large room & it was great to able to open the window :-). Nice to have a fridge.

United KingdomThe bedrooms though are in need if refurbishment with no A/C in the rooms ,and old style rooms esc .not the new modern look . No sky tv or netflix, amazon esc options on the tv. One of the staff ladies was not helpful at all, we had 4 families visiting and she was rude we all though and not helpful, Milo on the other hand was great along side the other staff
The location of the hotel was brilliant ,right in the center at has safe shuttered parking underground for £15 a day . Lots of restaurants at walking distance from the hotel ,along side with the swimming, steam and gym. Best to book the pool a day before or in the morning for a slot as only 8 at one time in swimming or steam Overall with the swimming and they had great breakfast options especially as we are vegetarian and don't have egg. They helped with vegan sausages and croissants and had loads of other thing to eat

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Milo went above and beyond to help us. Great location for city centre. Very family friendly.
