To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Latvia1) The water in the sink was draining away too slowly, it seemed clogged. 2) For breakfast could be something more to the children's taste, for example, pancakes. As an adult myself, I was fully and deliciously fed, great English breakfast.
I liked 1) responsive, nice staff, 2) good location, very good transport options with the center of London and the Greenwich district itself is worth a visit, 4) nice view from window - cottages in the British style, 3) we got a very good price - for a London hotel and with breakfast, a very good price.

Shower and bath separate Staff seemed to be new and were being shown how to do things while we waited to be served asked for a cocktail and was told by bar staff that they didnt know how to make one. The night porter was very rude and didn't seem to want anybody asking for drinks or room service.

She patiently explained everything to us and even assisted us with information about Greenwich. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was quite satisfying. Conveniently, you can reach the location by overground from London Bridge. Overall, it offered excellent value for the price.

The big reduction in price for the same rooms after we had booked 2 rooms at a much higher price for 1 night & still had to pay the higher rate whereas prices usually increase nearer the date not decrease so found that very disappointing. First time ever in all the yrs I've booked through Booking.com that prices were showing £40 per room less than when originally booked. We also had to change from room we were allocated as maintenance were working in room & expected to be another 1 or 2hrs before completing the job & electric & water was turned off.
