Nothing all good.

I liked the warmth and comfort of the house, the room was immaculate. We had twin beds which were very comfortable. . We had a garden view which was nice, we did not use the Jacuzzi or sauna but would definitely use them next time. We would’ve liked a hot cooked breakfast but the cold breakfast had everything to fill you up and a wide variety. Darren was very nice and helpful we will definitely be back.

The fridge was located under the stairs. I kept hitting my head on it. Bit noisy could hear the room next door a bit.

The bath was amazing Tv was great and had sky and all the streaming services Bed was so comfortable and cosy You could come and get it please put stuff in the fridge and go out in the Jacuzzi whenever you wanted

Breakfast could do with a bit more attention. We had a few crumpets that were mouldy but plenty of fresh ones available. Coffee could have done with a regular top up or two machines.

Really lovely, friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Bedrooms are spacious and super clean. Nice to have the hot tub and breakfast was a nice touch.. Close to town and super quiet 😄

We arrived very late and it was dark. Struggled with the numbers on the key box to the room. We managed by using the torch and magnifier on our phone. The key boxes are quite low. There was a choice of two pillows. One was too soft and flat, and the other was too high and hard, but this personal preference., and may be perfect for others. There are steps up to the front door. This could be a problem for someone with disabilities.

Although the breakfast was not a cooked full English, there was ample choice. The owner also baked some pastries. Huge variiety of teas and coffees. Variety of milk in the fridge. It was a help yourself system which we like. There is also a fridge for guests to use. The owners live on site and are very helfpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable, it was actually a 6ft and we had a great night's sleep. Room was really clean and the shower was really good. Location was very good.

To give context, I am a bit geographically challenged as a rule, but I did find it hard to find. It wasn't helped by many properties in the street being too posh to have house numbers visible. To find it, go all the way up the street till you see a corner with a road going off to the left, and up to the left find street parking, while the property is bang on the corner. They do have a sign facing the approach but it's in a very genteel green and easy to miss when you're dodging traffic and buses. I probably wouldn't walk in some of the nearby areas on my own at night, but you'll find that in many towns and the immediate environs were fine.

What a lovely place, and what lovely hosts. It's quiet and spacious, and the hot tub is great, as are the showers in the garden after you've done the hot tub. The hosts could not have been more helpful. The bed was very comfortable. I have joint issues and often need to use an air mattress on hotel beds, but this one was absolutely fine. I used the hot tub and then had nowhere to hang out a wet costume as I had no private bathroom (just the small single room) but the hosts helped me with that even though it was quite late. The rooms are quirkily named after detective series which was a charming touch.

Had a very nice stay. The hotel really is a homely place to stay. Loved the expansive gardens where you could relax. I didn't get to use the hot tub but it looked very spacious and inviting. The single room I stayed in was good and sufficient. Very good breakfast with pastries, toast and crumpets and unlimited amounts of free tea and coffee. The owner was very engaging and friendly with good attention to detail within the hotel. Fairlight country park is close by with panoramic views of the sea and The surrounding countryside. A great hotel ♥️

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy with everything we needed. We were in Hastings for a festival and although not walkable distance to town, taxis were easy to get and reasonably priced. It's lovely and quiet and the owners were so flexible regarding check in times.

We liked everything. As the driver i probably would have liked to park off road, however, there was always parking spaces available.

Everything about the property was great. Very well presented, absolutely homely and very relaxing. Mainly it was exactly how it was advertised and that makes a huge difference so there were no unexpected surprises.

Would have liked the option of ordering a Full English breakfast. But what was available was enough, Toast, Crumpets, Pastries, Yogurts Etc.

Just a one night stay for us (couple). Hotel was very clean, Would have liked to stayed longer to take advantage of the sauna & other facilities on site but we just run out of time. We walked into Old town, took about 30 mins but there are Cabs and Bus service close by. We took advantage of the on-site parking but you will need to book this. (There is also free parking next to Hotel). Yes we would stay again.

The accommodation was very clean & nicely decorated. The ability to make a hot drink of tea/coffee was much appreciated The garden was beautifully maintained with a gorgeous seating area, hot tub & use of sauna Breakfast in the dining area was a relaxed affair with views over the garden. The host Darren checked everything was to our likeing The overall atmosphere was informal, friendly & welcoming. Although we only came for 1 night we both agreed, we felt like we were on holiday. would 100% recommend to friends & family Plenty of information was provided from start of booking via an email Informative, welcoming & a useful folder left in the room. It's the little touches that let you know a lot thought & hard work had gone into making this a very pleasant stay for guests. For me personally I very much appreciated that.
