We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was comfortable, clean, modern and spacious. Good, compact gym. Lovely breakfast (although coffee could have been better!). Broadly very happy with my stay.

United KingdomThe room wasn’t sound proofed, could hear people moving about and flushing the loo on the floor above quite a bit and doors opening and closing during the night on my floor. TV had no internet and not a lot of channels seemed to work (however I didn’t bother asking reception to help with it since I was only there for 1 night and made do). Other than that everything else was great.
Spotlessly clean room, staff were friendly. Nice breakfast with a mixture of hot and cold food. Bed was soft and very comfy. My 10 month old seemed to love it especially the soft pillows!

United KingdomThe room was too hot and apparently the hotel has one aircon /heating system, meaning same temperature to all rooms - which is rather crazy in my opinion. Our room was too hot and we had to leave the window a bit open for some fresh air, but we were located on the busy road side of the building, so it was a bit difficult to sleep.
Nice hotel and good breakfast with friendly staff.

United KingdomSurprised no marmalade available at breakfast ( I asked both mornings but was told all they had available was what was on the buffet). No spoons in room, only wooden stirer sticks which I hate so had to ask for spoon to make tea/coffee. Our mattress was a bit saggy in the middle which was a shame especially as we had booked a superior room.
Staff very welcoming and friendly, room spacious with seating area and very clean with towelling robes and slippers available. We had an evening meal which was excellent, well presented and hot. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine as I mentioned to receptionist that it was our anniversary, nice thought.
