Was a bit disappointed in the buffet breakfast due to it being luke warm.

We were staying here for just 2 nights but due to bad weather stayed another night. Staff here are very polite and helpful

Breakfast was order basis and limited healthy cooked breakfast was limited on list of items offered. I'm a CPAP user and there are no standard plugs by the bed, however staff were helpful and provided an extension lead

The bathroom cleanliness was the let down. We had a toilet that i think needed a bit of bleach down it as there were dark brown stains in the toilet, there were dirty marks on the wall in the bathroom and also no soapin the dispenser!! The room was very hot, but thank godness for the fan! There was also a hole on the wall where the thermostat was. There is a real sewage smell outside as well:( But all in all a good stay, i just think these things need addressing. We would stay again.

The Karaoke on Friday night could have done with some people who could actually sing!! But it was a laugh (albeit cringingly).

A good hotel with friendly staff. The room was comfortable and suited our needs. The restaurant attached to the hotel served really good food. The carvery was exceptionally good value. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Everything was good, so no complaints.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size, and include an ironing board and iron. The food was great. A good choice on the menu. All the staff are really friendly and helpful.

The view from the bedroom was something else. You could do with spending time on the surrounding.

Mattress was a bit squashy, not firm. There weee cob webs in the corner of the ceiling wall (next to window curtains). We informed the house keepers to place towels in wardrobe than in bathroom itself, but was not kept. Hand wash soaps and toilet tissues were not replaced as reported. Bathroom space is very narrow, small inside, shower tray smelled as soon as water started to flow through the exit hole, explains not been cleaned well. Sheets of mattress not replaced every day perhaps, it was obvious. There should have been a proper wardrobe with doors rather than an open cupboard like type which is not worth for the money. No power sockets by the sides of bed was shocking. Wifi details could have been left inside the room, was informed during check in either until asked the next evening. Strangely no living room space of Lonuge in downstairs but for two small chairs, was not we expected for this price.

The location was good, quiet, outside of busy London atmosphere. Place was mostly clean, friendly staff especially Amanda the receptionist was kind, welcoming and we spent a lot of time conversing about various aspects of life, Northampton life and was a great exchange of information. Plenty of free parking space was a bonus. Very quiet, peaceful and nice stay. Iron press, stand, hair dryer was a bonus.

Really friendly welcome and room absolutely spotless and comfortable. Used restaurant next door and whilst busy, staff were friendly and attentive and kept us updated on any delays. Ideal location for trip to Silverstone for MotoGP.

We had an Amazing stay staff are very welcoming, friendly and really attentive. Rooms were very clean. Set in Beautiful location, great pub house next door food was lovely also had indoor fun house for the kids. Perfect stay for both adults and children.
