Just needed a couple of flags for path instead of having to walk on grass. This would help keep grass out during stay. The fob for barrier was on key for the van and didn’t know. It would have helped on our arrival as it was raining.

Beautiful! Fresh flowers in a vase, towels toiletries , clean and tidy and felt very homely with special touches.

Very clean throughout, beds really comfy beds & luxurious bedding. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The property was fantastic, very clean and cosy a home from home, a full size fridge/freezer, very modern perfect for my family, very spacious, toilet and showers room and a separate toilet, great decked area with nice outdoor seating and doesn’t feel overlooked by other properties,close to the club and amusements, Great location short walk from skegness. The sites club has entertainment for the kids and entertainment on a night time, the food is reasonably priced and good value for money. The owner takes great care of the property and makes sure it is clean for your arrival,I had great communication with the owner very friendly and fast reply’s to messages. I will 100% be staying here again.

There was nothing we didn't like

This is the cleanest caravan I have ever stayed in ever!! And i have stayed in hundreds of caravans!! Welcomed with the smell of fresh washing and fresh flowers on the table it was lovely, as though it was cleaned by Mrs hinch!! . The caravan was in the most perfect spot on the site. Close to the club and shops but still very peaceful on a night... Overlooking a large part of grass so perfect if you have children to let them run around and play whilst your watching them. Host is very good with communication, replied back straight away and was checking we were sorted and sending pictures of where everything was!! Absolutely spot on!! I would highly recommend this caravan and the site and will definitely book again.

Nothing to dislike with the accomation Site very clean, good value meals in site pub and entertainment, lacks a swimming pool if you like swimming, drinks in the bar a bit pricey.

Clean, comfortable, everything provided, toiletries tea towels, towels although we used our own, iron all cleaning materials provided , home for home, extra WC a bonus, good location close to Skegness town centre shops , beach , seal sanctuary,very obliging owner, couldn't wish for any more. Would highly in recommend to friends, family and anyone wanting a caravan in skegness. Would go to this van again. In wet weather grass in front of van very muddy would recommend you taking slippers so you can leave your shoes at the door to prevent traipsing mud into the van, also there is a place to park your car on hard standing a few yards from the van on the left very convenient close by not far only a few yards to walk and close enough to keep an eye on, and saves damaging the grass if wet and muddy due to heavy rain. We had a truly lovely stay. Entertainment in pub on site free to enter with bingo, music, singers, and quizzes, (some early entertainment laid on for kids in pub early evening I think at 6.30) Bingo tickets go on sale at 7pm, amusement arcade for kids (we went 2nd week of school holiday 10th to the 14th April 2023)

Doesn’t have a washing machine or outdoor line to hang wet towels but apparently there is a laundromat close by. So it’s really a minor thing and towels can go over the deck railings.

Modern, fully equipped, great location. We had 4 adults, 3 children and 2 cars. The van had everything we needed, games, tv, Great kitchen and shower room. Having 2 toilets is a big plus. Lovely little deck to sit out. Close to Skeggies, easy to catch bus and is quite centrally located. Kids loved the show bar for bingo, dancing and singing . Will definitely come back.

The only negative would be the onsite spa shop, they didn't stock an awful lot but was fine for little bits and bobs but no milk unfortunately.

The van was beautiful, it was clean and presented nicely and had everything you could need plus more. The on site pub had entertainment every night and a big outside play area for the kids.

I only marked the beds down a grade though these beds where comfortable, single beds in any caravan are not as big as a normal single bed and something all people should expect when holidaying in a caravan.

The caravan is spotless and very well equipped. The beds had lovely clean bedding and the caravans decor is modern. The lounge is comfortable with a huge tv. Overall the caravan had everything and more. Two toilets was an added bonus. The caravan stands in a great position on the site and isn’t overlooked from a lovely decked veranda with outdoor furniture. The host was excellent and kept me informed and responded to any questions almost straight away. We would all definitely stay again.

There was nothing to dislike. A quiet sandy beach within 10 min walk and Skegness town centre, shops and beach about a 15 min walk. Brilliant.

The caravan was new, clean and smart. Entered to a lovely clean smell. Ideal seating arrangements in the kitchen and lounge spaces with a big tv! Bathroom with a good sized shower and good water pressure too! The 2nd bathroom with toilet and basin was an added bonus. The store cupboards were generously stocked with the basics and much more. Towels provided were wonderfully soft and well sized. The interaction with the owner was superb and pleasant. The pub/club on-site was useful and the park site was well maintained, secure and quiet. A comfortable well cared for property by private owners who should be proud of their holiday home.

Not much room on either side of the bed in the main bedroom.

Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Providing linen and towels was a nice touch that you don't usually find in a caravan.
