3rd visit for a week at a time .Fantastic communication from Brenda, who manages property and all makes a difference, for a great experience. Fantastic location and we loved having apartment to go back ti rather than a hotel.room especially as rainy mornings or afternoons through our stay, plus facilities meant we could use loinge , table chairs, breakfast bar, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer, and fridge freezer amd location of shops, we could wither cook or heat up.fopd or takeaways or eat out. Thank you for a lovely stay once again and to Brenda and Team for a beautiful, clean apartment where we had a fantastic stay

This is a lovely, spacious apartment to relax in, and a perfect location in central Bath with shops, restaurants, everything on the doorstep. Would definitely choose again for a future trip to the city as it feels very homely and was a pleasure to return to each day!

Dragging our suitcases the 42 steps up to the apartment. No lift. The floors were very uneven which took a bit of getting used to. Not enough tea/coffee mugs. Only two were available.

Excellent location. Right in the city centre. Very comfortable. Fully stocked with all amenities. Washing machine & dryer. Dishwasher. Amazing shower.

Location couldn’t be faulted, 5 mins walk from station and a minute walk to the main shopping and tourist area. Apartment was spacious and had everything you need.

We stayed last year and loved it, so booked again and loved it again. Host Brenda and her Team, especially Brenda and Melanie who we met, were so kind and lovely. Everthing was perfect and Brenda was fantastic in her communication and help before and during our stay. We have booked again later in year and look forward to staying again. It is a beautiful apartment right on North Parade, opposite Sally lunns bake house and The Huntsman pub, and amazing restaurants just stepping distance out of apartment. Love it and thanks for another great stay.

Feel the bedroom would benefit from having a wooden / hard floor rather than carpet. Very small sink in bathroom.

Location was amazing, very traditional street, could not be better. Wonderful seeing Bath Abbey spire and hearing the Abbey Bells. Great size open lounge / diner / kitchen, well equipped . Loved the 3 windows and the roof top views. Comfy sofas and nice touch with coffee pods / machine. Bed large and very comfortable, we slept extremely well. Great size walk in shower, water lovely and hot, with rain shower option. Nice soft towels.

I loved how cozy and centrally located the place is, at the heart of Bath central district and within walking distance to Roman Bath, Bath Abbey and a raft of stores and eateries. The host is easily accessible, communicative, and any queries we had the host responded immediately. Cannot recommend a better place to stay at.

The apartment was wonderful but if you are a light sleeper then I would recommend ear plugs and an eye mask as it can get a little noisy at night (due to it being so centrally located and us staying on a Friday and Saturday night) and the bedroom got quite light from sunrise onwards.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Perfect for a trip with friends for a weekend. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed, well equipped kitchen and really good space to eat and relax. The host was excellent at keeping in touch and checking that our stay was going well.

We live in the depths of the countryside so the city noise and sounds from surrounding apartments was noticeable to us. But we slept fine and got used to it. Monday night bell ringing practice was a joy to hear.

Very clean and well equipped apartment in the very centre of Bath. Appreciated the fresh flowers and milk on arrival. Everything we needed in the kitchen, great shower and comfortable bed with good linen. View of the Abbey tower. Extremely helpful manager Brenda, who was very responsive to questions

The communal staircases need attention, the carpets are in need of replacing. But inside the apartment, great!

I need to carry my luggages to 2nd floor. But the fact that it is on 2nd floor has clearly been mentioned.

The best location, good quality appliances, thoughtful details, comfortable home, good heating throughout, good water pressure and hot water. Everything works. A very kind and responsive host. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely nothing at all.

With a wonderfully central location, this beautiful apartment offered us everything we needed for our short break. It is warm, light, tastefully decorated and furnished; quality bed linen and towels, toiletries, tea, coffee etc. I really cannot recommend this too highly, our hostess was the greatest communicator and fulfilled our every need. Brilliant weekend, thank you so much.

The bed mattress was worn out & too soft.

The apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated with attention to detail, it has a well equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom & everything was very clean. We were greeted with fresh roses when we arrived. The location could not be any better, in the heart of Bath, 2 minutes walk from the major attractions, lots of nice restaurants, pubs and bars.
