The WiFi was extremely weak and it was a struggle to get a connection and maintain it.

Even though a single room, but big enough and it had a double bed, was bright and a had a good view. Breakfast was good and overall I would recommend this hotel for a business trip.

The breakfast wasn’t the best. One type of cheese, plane bread. No vegetables at all for breakfast is a big minus. Our room had a very noisy water pipe behind the wall that woke us up every time someone flushed the toilet in the floor above us.

Perfect location. It was very clean. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Rooms might be bit bigger but these is one of the biggest rooms we had in this location also bed could be bit bigger but again - you can manage for one week.

All employees are very nice, friendly and always happy to help. Location is great, breakfast was nice. Nothing super fancy but all you need in the morning. Nice surprise was that almost no noise camd from other rooms or the street.

The airconditioning wasn’t working or we didn’t know how to figure it out. So the last night of our stay wasn’t the best night

We were told they upgraded our room , but it was in the basement. Bathtub and shower did not work well. Noise above started around 7:00am. Sounds of Moving tables and chairs around

We had a room in the new tower and it was great. Super clean and comfortable. Hotel was close to Paddington Station and on several bus routes.

Room was far too small for two adults. It was difficult for both of us to maneuver around the room, open the fridge, close the bathroom door due to tight spaces. Also the bar/restaurant are not open as advertised on their site.

Good location near Paddington station. It was very quiet at night.

Had issues with our cards for the door not opening & shower not draining away. Shower was fixed but had to use a key to get into our room & they only gave us 1, breakfast was average would not choose to book it again.

Rooms are tight, and you could hear some noise from the hallway and rooms around you. Overall, it's a comfortable room.

We were well taken care of by staff. Easy quick to the tube and trains. Great local restaurants nearby. Staff cleaned our room daily. I would highly recommend it.

Room was quite small although that isn’t unusual for London - the bathroom was tiny however the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The air conditioning stopped working on our last night and the room became very hot.

Location, very close to Paddington station and the Heathrow Express. Very clean room with a good breakfast included. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful.

We booked a suite, semiexpensive, as we were travelling with a teenager. First they gave us a dark and tiny room in the basement. When we complained, we were given a larger room but still in the basement with noise from the underground. The following day we got a nice room on the 3rd floor. Our advice: state clearly when you book, that you don't want the basement rooms!! Naively we didn't think it was even an option to put your guests underground, but in London apparently it is! Change of towels daily: Why? It's such a waste!!!

Great location and friendly staff. Quiet neighbourhood near good pubs. Ok beakfast but not particularly flashy. Nice and clean and seems newish.

1- you will be charged for early check in even if ifs 1 hour earlier 2- the room is so small 3- the breakfast varieties are very limited- the scramble egg taste was horrible 😫

Nothing. Overall a good stay.

A lovely small 'boutique' hotel. The room was very spacious and the beds comfy. Breakfast was generous with hot and cold options. Buffet breakfast so you could help yourself. Staff were very helpful. Very close to Paddington Station so good transport connections and train to Heathrow Airport.

Bed was too short. I’m 5’11 and my feet hung over the end of the bed.
