Gorgeous hotel and lovely staff

The only minor thing was the dark lighting, but I didn’t really mind it. It might be an issues for more elderly guests or those with visual impairments.

Really wonderful hotel. On arrival, I received a wet towel and the kind receptionist upgraded my room free of charge without me even asking. My room was clean and beautifully designed. The bed was one of the comfiest I have slept in for a long time. The bathroom and shower was modern and had a great rainfall shower. There was a wonderful tea station in my room, but I didn’t have time to use it. All of the staff are smiley, attentive and very hard working. Location is good, lots of places for food and drink nearby. There is also a sainsburys about 3 mins walk away. Gym was clean and well equipped. Great stay, will definitely be returning!

everything was perfect except on the last day, i left some belongings in the bathroom and when i contacted the hotel, they said the cleaners didn’t find anything which is disappointing as it means they either kept it or threw them away

Could not fault anything . Everything had a place and nothing was missed for our peaceful stay .

We upgraded to a suite on arrival . The energy In the suite was so peaceful and calm. A true tonic that was much needed . The attention to detail was executed with style and excellence .

The temperature control wasn't entirely accurate, and the room felt a bit cold at times.

The room I stayed in was immaculately clean, with a tidy layout and a pleasant vibe, making it a comfortable retreat after a long day. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast was a delightful highlight, featuring a variety of Japanese-style dishes in the setting of the Nobu Restaurant. The steam bath added a relaxing touch to my stay, helping me unwind and recharge. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the exceptional friendliness and support of the staff. They went above and beyond, making my stay even more special as I proposed to my partner during my visit. Their warmth and hospitality made this an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

An Oasis of calm right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Shoreditch…amazing staff…every single one…especially the superb restaurant team. We will definitely return. - I had to wait half an hour for a Cappuccino, that arrived after I finished my breakfast. I think they forgot about it but that’s a really small flaw that won’t put me off to go back. - the “room with a view” was actually with no view, on 1st floor I could only see some tall plants unfortunately:(

I had a lovely stay at Nobu and I’ll definitely come back. I only needed a place to stay and relax a couple of days in the city and this was the perfect place. The staff was very professional and kind, facilities and impeccable. I really enjoyed the Spa, Reneè was amazing and gave me the best massage and the girl at the reception (sorry I can’t remember your name) was super nice and caring. Loved the steamed room as well! Didn’t have the chance to go upstairs and enjoy the view from the terrace but will definitely do it next time.

The service in the cafe was slow and staff were grumpy. We had a mouse running around the bar while we had drinks. I mentioned both to the staff at check in. Nothing was said.

Annoyingly there was no menu for the room service, so you didn't know how much anything was even though there was a great selection of different snacks and drinks.

Japanese themed throughout, very pretty and well decorated. rooms nice and a good size with a decent bathroom. nice large television and a great location. Very safe inside and good cafes and bars near.

Excellent location in Shoreditch with everything right on your doorstep. The hotel decor was stunning. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and made our anniversary weekend one to remember!
