Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Apartment was clean, modern, fresh, comfortable and airy. It had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. Comfortable beds with fabulous views and lots to do from the doorstep.

The facilities also mentioned free toiletries but there weren't any other than hand soap - probably just forgotten for our stay but something to be aware of when deciding what to pack, just in case.

United KingdomThe booking was for 3 people, my son, wife and myself. A sofa bed was provided for the third person, however there was no duvet or pillows provided for the sofa bed. The property is well equipped but the Kitchenette would be even better if a few serving spoons, table spoons and cereal bowls are added to it.
We liked the location in terms of the view, access to amenities and easy parking. The owner lady was very hospitable and helpful in dealing with all our minor issues and questions.

the sound proofing you couldnt hear anything beyond the walls of the apartment. the views were outstanding from the windows of Roker beach and the sea. the apartments fixtures and fittings were to a very high standard and very clean, numerous places to eat that are dog friendly.

United KingdomOnly 1 bedroom in our apartment and had to make do with the sofa bed for my son, it's hard to tell which rooms you will get because the pictures show both types of apartment but he's only 6 so it was fine for him.
Beautiful view. Right on top of the beach. Lovely bathroom, clean throughout. Great kitchen. I also enjoyed the qwerky decor around the apartment. Very lovely place and fantastic location also a very short drive from the High street less than 10 mins.

United KingdomNothing we didn't like but as a suggestion, with it being self catering and we cooked one dinner and breakfasts, maybe a dust pan and brush for sweeping up any mess made. Also an iron and board would be a good touch.
