- Entrance code received by email was wrong - had to wait for 15 minutes in front of the door to reach someone by phones indicated at the entrance - The apartment is located in a nightlife area - during the night it was very much noise due to the pubs around us, but this was as advertised and there is nothing the host can do about it - appreciate the upfront honesty - Shower was leaky - asked for a mop and bucket to clean up - we received it quite fast.

Very spacious apartment in the middle of Edinburgh, right next to Victoria Street. The apartment in itself was really nice and fully equipped - good Wi-Fi, heating working well, hot water during the entire stay. Based on our research, this was the best option to stay during our trip.

Apartment 7 was on the top floor, the stairs were definitely an issue at the end of a very busy day in Edinburgh. The sink in the bathroom was blocked.

Location was perfect-we could walk many places! We stayed on the top floor which would be hard for anyone who can’t take many stairs, but the apartment itself was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the castle!

The 50 stairs to the room were difficult with luggage, the heating was set on a timer that should have been able to extend to a longer time as the room was cold most of the day the timer seem to be set 5pm to 7pm

Everything was wonderful, I can't think what could have been better really.

There was everything to love about this apartment! What an exceptional position in the centre of Edinburgh, with a view directly of the castle from the spacious living room. Everything was immaculately presented and with great style. Couldn't recommend enough. When needing to get in touch with the hosts as well, they were incredibly responsive.

Lots of stairs, no elevator

We were in a 2 bdrm on the top floor. It was great to be able to store our bags until check in, and even though there was no parking, we were able to pull into the loading zone out front and quickly unload bags before heading to the public lot they recommended. The location is really close to all the major sights. The view of the castle was excellent! The living room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean and lovely. High quality bedding. Lots of nice touches - we had an excellent stay!
