Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomI work for a company and booked this hotel for a client, I contacted the hotel to request an invoice for the company. The manager was very rude and refused to email an invoice, I asked politely again and informed him that we need it for our accounts. The manager started shouting down the phone then put the phone down, our company will not be using this hotel ever again and I would advise people not to book there unless they want to be verbally abused.
I didn't eat breakfast there.

United Kingdomthe hotel was chosen for location , if you pay a low price you can't expect much , the hotel seems very popular with tradesmen as there was a mass exodus around 6 am so if you are on a budget then this hotel would be exceptable one gripe I don't like to the attempt to up sell on my arrival , in fact a lot of hotels offer me free upgrades due to my honest reviews .

United KingdomI had an emergency at home and the staff was not very understanding and I didn’t really feel as welcome as I would of done if I didn’t have an emergency at home. it seems the staff was annoyed when I tried to explain my situation. also there was a lot of cob webs ideally it could’ve been a little more cleaner. but if your looking for some where to just rest your head it’s okay
