I work for a company and booked this hotel for a client, I contacted the hotel to request an invoice for the company. The manager was very rude and refused to email an invoice, I asked politely again and informed him that we need it for our accounts. The manager started shouting down the phone then put the phone down, our company will not be using this hotel ever again and I would advise people not to book there unless they want to be verbally abused.

the hotel was chosen for location , if you pay a low price you can't expect much , the hotel seems very popular with tradesmen as there was a mass exodus around 6 am so if you are on a budget then this hotel would be exceptable one gripe I don't like to the attempt to up sell on my arrival , in fact a lot of hotels offer me free upgrades due to my honest reviews .

The place looked sketchy and there were men sitting outside talking loud and drinking half the night.

There were no towels, no soap, dodgy people lurking through the window and talking loudly at 4am. Very cold room, no heating. The sheets seemed wet as it was so cold. If they had wifi we didnt notice.

I had an emergency at home and the staff was not very understanding and I didn’t really feel as welcome as I would of done if I didn’t have an emergency at home. it seems the staff was annoyed when I tried to explain my situation. also there was a lot of cob webs ideally it could’ve been a little more cleaner. but if your looking for some where to just rest your head it’s okay

I prepaid for my room and arrived at 24 hour reception to find it closed. After an hour someone claiming not to work there but staying in the reception office told me to call the owner who turned off their phone after my calls. My room had been given to someone else, and other prepaid guests were forced to sleep in cars. I did not drive so i was stuck outside in -3 degree weather in mid winter. If not for a tenant feeling pity for me I would have been outside all night, the guy let me stay in the hallway saying he couldn't let me stay outside to freeze. I requested a refund and to be contacted via email as I did no receive the room I had paid.. I have recieved neither. At 6.30am i was informed my room was now available! My checkout was for mid-day! A horrific experience. I was freezing outside, a tenant attempted to steal my belongings during the night and another was clearly doing hard drugs via a crackpipe. DO NOT BOOK HERE

Absolutely Nothing was acceptable about my "stay" at the Night's Inn. I did not recieve a room I had prepaid for, I recieved no apology or reimbursement for the errors made on their part, and after requesting that I be contacted in writing to resolve the issues I have been completely ignored. I will be bringing these issues to the local authorities and trading standards. Be safe! Do NOT BOOK here

Felt a bit basic and the owner seem to take delight in telling me if I had a car he'd be charging me even more I think £120 was overpriced as it was for where it was and was the same price as travel lodge and the rest but Travel lodge it wasn't.
