Beautiful stay in a beautiful property . The moment I booked the stay David called with instructions on how to get to the property and so on. The room itself was comfortable and very clean and had everything we needed. David was so helpful with ideas on where to go and visit and was so welcoming. We will definitely be back for another stay 🙂

Just the microwave for cooking but that was fine for our stay.

Very well appointed and comfortable. Very good location for North New Forest and the rest is easily accessible. Whiteparish is a nice little village with pubs and village shop for any immediate needs. David was very obliging to help on any issues or guidance.

Really cosy accommodation with everything we needed, along with some essentials thoughtfully provided for us. David was a great host, checking in prior to and during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Picture of cottage was misleading as thought I had booked the whole building - not just half. However the half I had booked was very acceptable.

Little Newt was clean, comfy, and in a lovely setting. Bathroom facilities were first rate as was the whole of the setup. Everything you could want was available in the kitchen, with a lovely terrace to sit out on. Very close to lots of amazing pubs and places of interest. Wonderful area for walking and dogs. We did the park and ride into Salisbury and that is well worth checking out as it is simple and takes a few minutes on the bus.

If had every thing we needed for a lovely weekend break away - right on the edge of the new forest ( if you want a meal out ) we went to the local pub called The lamb this was also very nice

Not much. I would prefer blackout blinds to keep the heat in and light out.

Lovely accommodation right next to the New Forest. The apartment contains everything we needed for a long weekend, and would also have been great for a full week's holiday. The place is close to the main road, but we weren't bothered by the traffic noise. The welcome present of jam, bread, and sundries was a nice touch. We had a nice rest in a home-away-from-home.

Nobody's fault, just the weather being so awful but that didn't stop use relaxing.

Newton Farmhouse is a little jem of a find. Lovely setting with the accommodation just perfect for a long weekend stays. Found a couple of lovely pubs and garden centres, just the R&R that was needed

Thin walls through which we could hear everything that was happening in the room next to ours, even the guests coughing or talking. I guess it would be the same for them.

All except that you could hear everything in the room next to ours. Host was amazing, location was great, bed and bathroom were all you can ask for. Furniture and amenities were perfect.

David sent me directions so the property was easy to find. It was clean, comfortable and despite being quite close to a main road, it was quiet. The property had everything I need for my stay with an extra benefit of tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter and jams which was great.

It wasn't a major issue, but the outside seating area could have been nicer.

David was extremely helpful both before and during our visit. The room and bathroom were lovely and the bed really comfortable. The property was very well placed geographically for visiting friends and family and local food was good.
