Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The warm and friendly staff member showed us personally to our beautiful room. It was bright, very clean and spacious, a lovely shower was most welcome.The bed was very comfortable, and after a calm and peaceful night's in this lovely village, we enjoyed a very nice breakfast. The restaurant is a fabulous place to eat, very light and airy, with cleanliness again a key. The food from the previous nights carvery was exceptional. This Inn,restaurant /Hotel is fabulous, and well worth a visit, a quiet location just 5 minutes from Stratford Town centre.

New ZealandDidn't realise it wasn't actually in Stratford itself but my mistake!! It's in Clifford Chambers but easy driving distance. Only other thing was in our unit a bit slippery getting out of bath after a shower.
Quiet, ground floor accommodation away from bar. Good breakfast and dinner.

AustraliaThe property was very clean and it was noticeable that someone there has great attention to detail. The parking was convenient. We had dinner at The New Inn Hotel and my partner and I agreed that it was the best meal we’d had on our trip by far. I had the roasted red pepper, spinach and chickpea balti, my partner had the rump steak and my little guy had sausages and veggies. Delicious! Breakfast was included in our booking, which was great value.

FranceThe New Inn is right next to the main road but it has its own grounds and is on the edge of a beautiful cul-de-sac village with great walks and its only a short drive into Stratford Upon Avon.
The value was excellent with a good English Buffet Breakfast -with a decent size family room and shower room. We had a great Fish and chip supper and were able to bring the dogs into the bar. The staff were great and you would struggle to find a better value family stay.

United KingdomFirst impression entering reception via Bar area was quite noisy with regular drinkers each time we came in and smokers outside the main door. Comfortable seating area within bar was very limited , only two comfy chairs and window seats.
Room was excellently furnished and very clean. Breakfast and Evening meals excellent. Staff service was exceptional, all very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

The staff made our stay very welcome, walked through health and safety, showed us to our room and breakfast table with a smile. Really nice, thank you!
