We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlways seems to be an issue in hotels when complimentary tea and coffee is available in the room, that there is never enough milk.
Comfy and spacious room. Breakfast had a good variety of cereals and fresh fruit, juices, teas, coffee. Dining area was clean and spacious with plenty of room to move. The onsite Gym, Pool, Sauna and Steam Room included with the price was a nice relaxing treat after a full day of shopping at the Metro Centre especially opening late Monday through Saturday with last entry at 10pm (closes at 11) and Sundays last entry at 9pm (closes at 10pm).

United KingdomI was told the decorations were free of charge. They also told me the room had been upgraded at no extra charge, but we paid £20 more. It was okay, and we were happy with our experience, though. They put in a lot of effort. Thanks again.
It was our anniversary, and they decorated the room. They also gave us two complimentary drink vouchers and left a handwritten card for us, which was so lovely. Many thanks for making our night even more special.

The hotel is really nice and on the outskirts of the city. Perfect location for what we need. Lota of shops and facilities to the hotel though which is great. Swimming pool was fantastic and open late which is a real bonus. Kids can only swim till 8pm which is fair. Room was clean but the bathrooms need updating. Toilet doesn't flush properly, have to try like 8 times for it to work. Sink drainage is clearly blocked as water doesn't drain. We ordered fries and a Bacardi to the room and it was £17 which I thought was ridiculous. £5 tray charge. Apart from that I have no grumbles Would definitely stay again

United KingdomWe had our meal in the restaurant in the evening and found the portion to be to large so there was a lot of waste, we feel that it would be better to state that you could have a small portion if required (baby pork ribs) or a large one.
The room and bed was excellent and spotlessly clean, as it was a cold night we did struggle a little to improve the heating of the room but managed it in the end. Breakfast was excellent the fruit was beautifully presented and all the cooked products were so well presented and hot as were the plates.

United KingdomThe only criticism is when I was at the bar on my last night. I asked the manager who was looking after the bar after the barman went home, for a glass of Port, he didn't know what I was talking about. He then said they had none. I've never been in a hotel bar before that had no port.
I've been to the hotel before and the accommodation is always good. The spa was good also.

United KingdomPersonally prefer a walk in shower rather than having to climb in and out of the bath. Shower worked well enough though. Breakfast very good ,however evening meals choice could have been a little more adventurous and prepared to a higher standard . Basically it was Pub grub and ok at the price point.
Large spacious room. Large Bed. Gym and pool a bonus . Missed not having fridge in room but chilled water in reception very welcome. Staff all very helpful and cheerful.

United KingdomThe room was very stuffy and hot as could not open windows which would be fine in the winter but not in summer. They are locked for security reasons but there is no air con so not comfortable at night when trying to sleep
