The shower ..although it does state the water pressure isn't great in the information folder. Can't be helped. Wouldn't put me off.

Great location, great apartment, great views , perfect little place for a weekend away in buzzing Brighton. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about the apartment! It felt like a hotel and a home at the same time. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was neat and tidy. We ate breakfast with a sea view every morning which was the icing on the cake. We’d love to return to this place :)

At £340 for two nights, this was on the pricier side, but on balance I think it was well worth paying the extra to stay somewhere so pleasant.

The property was spotless, quiet, very comfortable, and brilliantly located. Lovely view of the beach too. Perfect for a couple spending the weekend in Brighton. Really helpful and friendly host.

Beautifully decorated , centrally located apartment . The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need . Owners kindly provided coffee,tea & milk which was much appreciated & very accommodating to our needs.

Ideal location for exploring Brighton and Hove. Lovely sea views. Very comfortable. Hosts were very attentive with nice little touches to welcome us when we arrived.

The owner Trevor was lovely really friendly and welcoming and even text to give us directions as we didn’t know Brighton too well. Property was In a beautiful old building loads of character and right on the seafront! The apartment was spotless and really well designed had everything we needed, really lovely decor. Was perfect for a couple we had a great time.

Personally I would have enjoyed if the curtains would block out more light in the mornings, but thats just me preferring to sleep in darkness. Would be too small for me in a longer stay, but again, very subjective. No real negative points.

Great location with seaview. High quality furnishments, WiFi included, nice welcome by the host; complimentary milk and coffee pods. The appartement has all one needs for a few days close to the beach.

This property is set inside an old 20’s style building. It looks like all renovations to the common areas are done in keeping with the period which is absolutely stunning. The flat its self is gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. Small but practical and absolutely flooded with natural light. It was the hottest week of the year so far while I was there and never once felt too hot due to the double sash windows. Bed very comfortable, kitchen extremely well appointed to say it’s small, bathroom is stunning. It’s bang in front of the i306 so in the middle of the front. Hosts were absolutely lovely and made my stay an absolute pleasure. I’d happily stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks Angie for everything.

Super easy as Angie met us with the keys- easy to contact and quick to respond. In the apartment she had left us milk and tea, coffee and sugar. 😀 Superb location all very easy and accessible !

The bathroom folding door should have a handle on the back of the door on the bathroom side with a latch so you can securely close the door behind you once you enter the bathroom. Small item, easy fix

Neat, compact, clean, great location, natural light, sea views, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay . The place was well equipped and suited us perfectly for a few days. The large window looking out to sea made the place feel much larger than it was and we immediately felt right at home

Location was excellent and the quality of the accommodation was too. Early check in was appreciated and meant we could explore Brighton as soon as we had put our luggage in the apartment

Nothing to dislike. We had a lovely stay.

We were met outside the building after driving across from Hampshire, by Trevor, one of the owners. Once he told us how to get in and out, we made our way up to the apartment. Stunning views of the sea and the pier. If you put your head out the window and look right, you can also see the old pier. Lovely airy apartment on the 7th floor. There is a lift! Very comfortable bed. Crisp clean sheets and fluffy white towels. Kitchen is equipped with pretty much all you need. Carton of milk in the fridge, ice in the freezer, tea, coffee, sugar. Pans. Crockery. Cutlery. There is an oven and microwave too. Underneath the apartments is a great diner serving food all day, and a couple of chippys a short walk, as well as several restaurants of all tastes, also a short walk. Owners are lovely, and very helpful with local info. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back!
