Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomI guess codes are not changed frequenty. We only stayed for one night and had a bad experience checking out as random people or maybe kids vandalized the property. Red paints everywhere, especially on the elevator door. Our clothes are full of red paint when we got out from the elevator as we are not aware that there is a dripping paint from it. What a shame that the property doesn’t have enough CcTVs and security to see who the culprit. I wish they sorted everything out. We will come back again as the place is overall great.
There were no keys but main door codes which made for us easy. The property itself is very clean, suitable for family like us. Its homey and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The property was clean and tidy and decorated with a modern feel. The locations is ideal for a visit to Liverpool - a short walk from the pier head with loads of bars and restaurants nearby

Great apartment in great central location, easy walking distance to most things. Very clean, & well equipped, & lovely bathroom. Phone call a few days prior to arrival appreciated, especially to explain check in & parking. Great communication & response to messages sent when booked. Lovely bed linen & towels!

United KingdomOne of the rooms had the old lead windows so the room was very noisy and you could hear everyone outside like they were in the same room as you. The blinds in the room were not adequate enough to keep the light out of the room either, need some curtains in there as well. Not ideal if you want to get a good nights sleep.
The property was in a great location to the town and was very clean and had great facilities in the apartment.

United KingdomNot all windows were double glazed. Unfortunately the ones that weren't, where in the bedrooms so could hear all the noise from traffic and people outside. Generally clean although there was a noticeable stale smell from the bathroom drains and found some leftover open sweets in the bedside drawers.
Communication with staff was really good. The apartment was a good size and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The location was in easy walking distance from the town centre.
