A very nicely appointed ground floor apartment in a great location. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again

I expect a basic few tea and coffee provisions. Bedroom needed window dressings for privacy. Curtains are fine but they need to be closed to get dressed etc and that isn’t ideal as all the light was obscured. Terrible furry lampshades!

Convenient location, within walking distance from the town center. The apartment was very cozy, quiet and tidy, equipped with the necessary cooking equipment, as well as baby equipment (baby chair and crib). I liked the bathroom in the master bedroom and the living room. Lee and Margo provided detailed instructions about the parking, the check-in process and has a booklet with instructions for any appliance in the apartment, as well as food recommendations. The town itself is not as interesting as other places in Scotland but it is a convenient stop for a short stay.

There was nothing we didn't like👍.

From booking it was no problem asking for any additional items needed. They got back to you really quick and were very helpful. You couldn't want a better situated place to stay. The ammenities in the apartment were exceptional, from cooking facilities to dinning area and relaxing area too. Great beds and storage too. Having two bathrooms made a big difference. We will definetly be booking again for next year😁.

We enjoyed our stay! However we have a few small tips for improvement - according to the description we should open the third key box with the code, but turned out to be te fourth. That caused some confusion - very sensitive smoke detector in kitchen (right above bread toaster) not very good idea, it went of several times despite of the air extraction. - kitchenware is a little bit scanty

It was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were in Perth visiting family for a belated Christmas and it was such a lovely base. The beds were comfortable and the sofa easy to make up into a bed and having 2 bathrooms was a big bonus (one of the bedrooms was en suite)

The only suggestion is to have a cafetiere as we love real coffee! . Also , as in some other AirBnb places, a litre of milk and small amount of bread or biscuits would be very welcome , especially after a long journey to get there.

The location is ideally placed for walking into town, railway station and also family we were visiting We loved the comfort of the sitting toom and tge warm ambience of the apartment. It was lovely and cosy and had everything we needed. It was also nice and peaceful even though it was quite central.

There was only 1 slight negative and I'm sure it can be easily rectify. The person who slept on the sofa bed in the living room was disturbed by the noise from the heating when it came on early. Banging sound from the pipes so probably just air in the system but apart from that everything else was ideal

The apartment was fantastic, really modern spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect as it was only a few minutes walk into the town centre and had on-site parking. The key box entry was ideal and easy to use too.

Only thing I can put as a negative was check out times, 10 o’clock seemed a little early for check out for us as we had been at a wedding and was a little worse for wear
