So dated and dark , the wall papers are bloated and looks like falling soon. In need of improvement. All the bedding was so old and ugly but clean and didn’t smell bad at all. No hand wash basin in the toilet area . You have to walk across the room to wash your hands. We’ve been charged twice for our stay ! So I had to contact them and they solved and got it back.

Location was good Also a quiet area. But parking can be very difficult to find. We’ve been lucky.

Our first night was met with a leaking toilet However we raised the issue with Peter and he got someone on the job immediately and the the issue was solved before bedtime

Our host Peter was lovely as always (this is our second time) for a budget hotel it is acceptable to our needs as we spent the majority of our stay exploring Blackpool so as long as we had 4 walls and beds thats all we needed

Unfortunately they were a couple of things that didn't like like the fact there was no sink in the the toilet to wash your hands you had to come out the toilet and use the sink that was in the bedroom Which Also meant for me I had to get up earlier then the rest as unfortunately it meant I had to have strip washes in the sink before like my kid's woke up and that because unfortunately they was a separate room with a shower in it But unfortunately they was No hot water what so ever coming out so that's why had to have striped washes as the sink was only placed that had hot water in it. And Also the bed I had to sleep on top of the blanket as unfortunately on the bedsheet there was Black hair's on it already and I felt like it could do with just a bit of a update BUT apart from that the place was a lovely b and b and was good value for money for 4 people.

The location was good and was on a quiet street Which was really nice. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and also helpful to tell you where shop's and where food places were to get food From and Also the owner allowed you to play on the pool table what was downstairs up until 11.30 /midnight but after that your not allowed on it and also you didn't have to pay for it Which was a bonus and Also I know my kid's loved giving me a game of pool have day we stayed there .I would stay again here as it was good value for money and good location.

The hotel its self was abit dated but the room its self was comfy and cozy the signal in the room for the TV wasn't the best but was manageable overall we enjoyed out stay

The owner was really nice and friendly he also gave us good information where to eat for cheap which when on holiday comes in really useful told us where nearest shop was

Great location with view from our room of Blackpool tower. Helpful, friendly staff. Generous supply of coffees, tea, milk.

The shower room was small and took ages to warm up. The furniture was damaged and draws in the bed was dusty.

The room was what we needed some where to sleep, changed etc. I left my house keys in the room and the host sent me them to me.

The beach was very close. The host was friendly and very helpful. The room had tea, coffee facilities., kettle, hairdryer was available on request. Lovely hot shower. The room was basic but great for what we paid for.

Place very much in need of modernisation..

Price, location, host - brilliant. All you might want for your stay: comfortable bed with ensuite. Coffee, tea, towels, shower gel and soap widely available. Peter is amazing host: helpful and pleasant. Found free parking space on the street (visited in February).

The room we did have first was better more space but it was unfortunate there was stairs involved

It could do with a refresh as it smelt of damp in certain areas. We slept with the window open to get rid of moisture build up.

Was convenient for us, easy check in but we had to leave early due to me being unwell. Peter was a very nice and welcoming man.

The Pillow covers were not washed or not washed properly so had a very bad odour. The WiFi signal was nonexistent. Trying to find parking was a nightmare.

Good Heating - so nice & warm Comfortable Bed, Good tea making facilities, Plenty of hooks to hang your clothes. The management was very friendly & helpful. Good value for money. Very quiet hotel. Plenty of sockets
