We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Doors in rooms when they are shutting create so much noise and residents in other rooms were partying all night long and were in kitchen and bathroom at least 29 times during the night. It was not possible to sleep at all and

United KingdomOn one of the other floors there was bags of rubbish left out on the stairs, nothing to do with where we stayed but off putting! The room was full of flies, and the flooring was marked. They were a bit short on crockery and cutlery for a family of 4.
The beds were really comfortable, and the bedding and towels crisp and clean. The kitchen area was clean and well laid out with nearly everything you needed.

United KingdomThe keys to the room was not checked before my arrival to ensure they were working, I was unable to get into the room after a long journey and I had to contact the property. The other occupants were not quiet, doors were slamming continuously in the early mornings making it difficult to sleep after the 12 hours of work. The agent informed me that there was an iron available however this could not be found.
The location was convenient for the trip.
