The hotel was in a good location, about a 10 minute walk to the tube, access to taxis and an easy walk to London CBD. The whole apartment building was beautifully maintained and elegant but our individual apartment needed a few repairs and was not of the same standard. Issues were dealt with by the office as quickly as possible. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable but if you are using the lounge room as a bedroom there is limited room.

Booking in to the apartments is separate to main reception, in an open office, not as straight forward as a hotel check-in to find.

Just need a few more kitchen supplies like paper towel…more teatowels. Bathroom supplies a bit sparse for 2 F but we had our own stuff too

Location #1, safe. Close to tube Ability to make simple meals. Wifi strong Kind staff who tried to help with with my internet provider issues and pre getting my room(I arrived early) advised wifi at Starbucks. Also helped me log in the wifi password in apt….the writing in manual too small for me to read.

Only complaints are towards technical systems. The bathroom water pump was really noisy which always turned on when using water or toilet flush in bathroom. In the kitchen sink the water pressure was really low (no noisy pump there). Also the general moisture in the room was quite high - especially after the shower (even the bathroom fan was also used). Cold window glass surface tend to get some steam or drips of water in the mornings.

Excellent location. We loved the neighborhood. Nice pretty spacious rooms and beds were comfortable. The looks and the feel about the flat was modern and fresh. Really good view to the cite from the 9th floor. The bedroom was also quiet except the noisy bathroom water pump. Clean rooms. We liked our stay there much.

The shower drain was blocked and full of hair, but the managing team sent someone to fix it quickly. Some hairs and dust found in corners. I wish there were more cups and utensils, so we don't have to wash them too often.

The location is perfect and the apartment is in a quiet and comfortable quarter with workshops nearby.

The sofa bed mattress could be better. you can feel the springs, but for a few days was okay.

Bed was a small double so really a squeeze for two people. We'd booked room with view but we were looking at other side of building and it is noisy facing the main road.

Great location - very close to all shops and restaurants on Kings road. Lovely staff, very helpful before arrival and during our stay. Good sized room.

My only concern was the room temperature. The heating wasn't on but it was very warm in the rooms! I dread to think what it would be like in very warm weather. Fans were provided but to be honest the outside temperature in the day was about 16 degrees C, so, you can imagine when it would be only 25! I would stay again but not in the summer months unless there was air conditioning.

Great location and every thing that was needed was at the property. The sofa bed was comfortable enough and the double bed was very comfy. I drove as we 4 in the vehicle so needed parking which was available opposite and next door which was expensive, however, I wanted the convenience so paid for it. Small supermarket opposite too. 5 minute walk to the Kings Road!

The pictures were incredible, but the actual room is in need of thorough cleaning and maybe repainting.

The location is great! We were able to get to King’s road in minutes, South Kensington is also close by.

One eye of the kitchen didn't work. The door of the washing machine makes a very annoying and continuous sound. There is no sweeper, just a small hand brush. Everything is on additional charge (towels, sheets valid for a whole week ). One of the TVs didnt work at all, the other one is of a very old smart technology and with low capacity, practically does not work for netflix or to download an app. The bathtub needs to stabilize, it moves itself. You cannot control the heating, the bulbs are both broken. You need to deposit 700 euros in order to make a reservation. Some of the stuff are bored to death and don't even smile. Very expensive , even if it is located well and 10mins from the underground. Very old windows. You have to buy toilet paper . You have to buy all the toiletries, only for one day provided.

Location, Spacious, Bed, fast wi-fi, partially renovated. Clean. View of London Eye and Skyline. Very good online support and fast replying messages. Very polite cleaning lady. Accessible for strollers and kids.

Bedroom a little small

We enjoyed the location, close to shops outside and worked very well for small group or family. Beds were comfortable.

The room was jaded, with peeling paint and stains and a tear on some of the soft furnishings. Definitely not the “luxury accommodation” described on the accommodation website and on Booking.com or that I was expecting for the price. There were some onerous procedures required with pages of rules and regulations to be signed on check-in as well as a large deposit to be pre-paid prior to arrival that was not made clear when I made the non-refundable booking, but was concealed a long way down in the small print.

The location is Perfect. The apartments are so well equipped! The area where it is located is beautiful, quiet but at the same time full of nice restaurants and services (pharmacy supermarket)

I didn’t like that the reception and the property office were 2 separate things and so the checkout was very confusing.

The hotel requires a deposit before arrival. I had to ask for it back myself because after two weeks I still hadn't received it back. Also I received 15 euros less than I sent :(

The heating. We couldn't find anyway to turn the radiator down in the living space so the rooms were very warm and we need to keep a window open which felt odd in March.

Great location. Compact 1 bed apartment but good value for what we paid.
