There was a problem with the hot water heater and we had no warm/hot water to shower. We reached out to the property manager who responded hours later giving us suggestions as to what the issue may be. We tried the suggestion in the morning but still not hot water. The owner/manager apologized several times and was going to look into the problem.

A bit tight for more than 3 people. 10 mins by car from centre of Bath. A bit far to walk in the evening after dinner but Ubers available. Property was double booked!!! We arrived first and we felt sorry for the guests who turned up to find us there!!

House was not ready on arrival. Dirty towels in rooms, beds not made, rubbish in rooms. During first night , bed collapsed, needed to rebuild (4.30am). Day 2 much better

Very comfortable. We only stayed one night, wish we could stay more nights for it was such a beautiful cottage. We cooked our dinner that night, kitchen is good, had everything we needed. If they could have cooking oil for us, that would have been perfect, we aren't complaining just bought a bottle from Tesco though we only use very little. Their washing machine and dryer are very good.

Parking not as described, actually had to park on next road, not on the property. Lounge curtains too small, didn't cover the windows. Garden was overgrown and needs attention. No milk supplied. No welcome brochure/notes to explain where things are and how to operate them.

The shower door is broken .It looked like it could be a hazard in case it's used ,however, we had another bath where we could take sower and a toilet downstairs, so that's was not a problem . Another situation we had with the wooden radiator board in the corridor near the kitchen, our 2 year old daughter tried to get to the car keys we left on the board, and it all felt over her as is not fixed onto the wall , luckily nothing has happened as it hit the other wall we've all just got scared and a little bump on the head ! It would be great of that would somehow be possible to get fixed on the wall and parents of young children keeping them out of the radiator board !

We love the house , we had a very good temperature when we arrived as the wheatear had not been on our side so we arrived into a whorm welcoming home. We feel like home as soon as we get in. Very cosy and spacious. It has a little back garden, too . The location is perfect , even though we drove to the location we've been happy to find the bus station is couple of steps from door and the bus ride to Bath city centre is 20 minutes, so we had no stress with parking . There are few local shops no more than 5 minutes walking and the neighbourhood is very beautiful. I highly recommend!This place is absolutely fabulous , and we will come back!

It would be advantageous to have a welcome folder with instructions for appliances, local amenities, and public transport information.

The accommodation was clean, neat, and tidy. Well presented on arrival. Comfortable enough for 4 adults for a short stay. Kitchen well equipped. Manager, Mahira, responded immediately to any questions and requests. Good value for money. Would recommend to family and friends.

Plenty of space and we were travelling with our 2 adult children. The king size bed was very comfortable. We were only there for a night and wish we had more time. Perfect if you have a car to park. beautiful views from the windows of Bath. highly recommend.

It was advertised as 1. 5 miles from centre...it certainly was not. We had to drive for 8 mins to the park and ride to get into town! That was very disappointing as the central location was the reason we booked. Was no plug for kitchen sink. And could only get Netflix on TV... no normal channels

Noting - some of the previous reviews were inaccurate.

Lovely renovated 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom property. The kitchen is very spacious with all the required utensils you’ll need. The lounge and dining area are very comfortable - with large screen TV and LED lighting for a great experience. There is a private enclosed rear garden for dogs, which is very convenient. The property has secure parking and is close to 2 different pubs. The local Co-op is 5 mins walk away, and there plenty of local open space for dog walks. Bath centre is about 25 mins walk away, or 5 mins via a taxi/uber - which are readily available and reasonably priced.

Only 1 duvet on 1 single bed. 1 single bed and double bed had just a thin sheet. Quite cold in the night. Accommodation wasn’t ready until nearly 4pm due to cleaner still in there. TV was quite complicated to get going. We had to log in with our amazon account to get any sort of TV.

The location was really handy. The property was clean although looking a little tired with spill and scuff marks all over. Burn marks on the bed. The showers are mixer taps and the head won't stay still whilst showering. The double bed is to big for the room you can hardly move and the 2 singles are so soft and very uncomfortable. The TV didn't work at all, I message but no reply from staff until we checked out. Also we had 2 dogs with us for 1 night and had to pay an additional £40. Its states it is dog friendly but has fox gloves growing in the tiny courtyard. I was very surprised by all the above as it has good reviews and nice pictures.
