A great find and we definitely hope to return! Stunning secluded setting which was peaceful and pretty. The bell tent had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. Pete was super friendly and welcoming, providing a fire and marshmallows and chat. He made sure we could use the hot tub and we felt very well looked after. Would definitely recommend to others, a great spot!

I absolutely blame myself for booking my group in for a day only. We will be back for more... and for longer.

Everything was absolutely perfect, from location to facilities. The communication and great welcoming nature of our hosts was amazing. My group loved the fact that everything is planned having great care for the environment and that this site helps the local communities with a percentage of their profits. The access to a hot tub, kitchen facilities, a beautiful stream crossing the site, and a perfect night sky were the cherry on top of the cake. And let us not forget the entertainment provided with activities such as darts and pool. We were also granted access to a telescope for some star gazing!

Really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the hot tub, river and animals. Pete the owner was really friendly and always checked to see if we needed anything. Nothing was too much bother. Toasted marshmallows on the fire pit and cooked homemade pizza in the onsite pizza oven. Selection of welsh produce in out tent on arrival was a nice touch. We will be back ❤️

Pete and his wife work really hard to make this place the best experience for everyone who visits, look after the facilities so others can enjoy them too - that means us adults supervising (or joining in with) the kids when they use the pool table - two broken queues during my stay because of over exuberant kids could have been avoided with a little more consideration...

From Pete's opening welcome to us saying goodbye, we couldn't have felt any more looked after. The tent looked lovely on arrival and everything that you can expect was provided. Facilities were clean and nothing seemed too much trouble. There were a few lovely extra touches, but I won't spoil it for you by detailing them here - if you are planning on a visit with kids, then they'll love the river, the open spaces to play and of course the animals that they can help feed each morning. I can genuinely say I couldn't find fault with anything... it was fantastic!!

Can't say I didn't like it but if I had to only nit to pick is the one shower but it wasn't really an issue we just took it in turns

Nothing at all. The only thing that would make it even better is if there is some kind of running water by the tents (for brushing your teeth for example) and perhaps little stepping stones to the barn and toilet just in case it’s wet weather. But even without these things it’s still amazing.

The location right by the river was incredible. Plenty of animals for the children to see and to feed. The bell tents themselves were decorated so perfectly and were really outstanding! We loved every minute of our stay. Best of all the hosts are the most inspirational and generous people I have ever met. They were so welcoming and happy to help when we needed guidance or items that we had forgotten. They even left us a gift in our tent of Welsh cakes, biscuits and marmalade which was such a lovely touch. They really went above and beyond! Thank you both so much.

Pete and Ellie were.amazing hosts; they couldn't do enough for us. It was our children's first camping experience and they loved it, even in the rain.

There is nothing to not like…. ❤️

We love this place ❤️ it’s our favourite, we have been here now 2 years in a row, Pete & Ellie are amazingthere is no electricity or running water here but this makes it all the more fun, there are animals, the sound of the running river around you and complete peace , the children loved it, we made s’mores, toasted marshmallows, cooked breakfast on a bbq, made our own pizzas in the wood fired oven, watched tv in the rain on a generator, played snooker, darks, and uno, so much to do even though it’s all back to nature, nothing is too much trouble for the hosts they are there to help from start to finish, and the hot tub is amazing, can’t wait to come back next year.

We had two nights stay and it was better than expected. The location was idilic and so peaceful. The accommodation was fantastic and so we're the facilities. Ellie and Pete were so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay, which I can 110% say that we did. Thank you once again.

Ellie and Pete's hospitality was brilliant, next level! They were so thoughtful and amiable. They've built the place around the needs of their guest. Their accommodation was tranquil and just what you need whilst on a holiday. My family and siblings were so pleased with the place. My sister misses Maya 🐐 already!
