Very friendly host that sent me lots of really useful information on how to arrive at the property easily and how to get to Gatwick Airport. She also took time to ensure I had everything I needed. The snacks were very welcome. Cosy room with comfy bed. 10 minutes easy walking distance to Gatwick Airport via a pondside path. Had the pleasure of a large family of geese saying hello to me at 5am as I walked past the pond. Very pleasant.

For one night you could not really complain but the guests in the room above were heavy footed and noisy

It was convenient for my needs to be close to Gatwick south terminal . I was intrigued that it was close to the airport but next to a forest 🌳 lake and stream . It was a 15 min walk to the property through the woods keeping to the right towards Horley then over a small bridge to Riverside 😀

Have stayed at the property twice, once for an early morning flight and the other on return from a late flight. Is in a good location to the airport. Took about 15mins max to walk with my suitcase. The park is lovely and I felt safe walking through at night and early morning as a solo female traveller. Is not far walking distance from Horley town which has a pub and some shops. The host was lovely, I got confused about which exit to use from the airport (as there are a few) and they guided me over the phone and met me at the property. The room itself had enough space for me to open up my suitcase and had lots of snacks and toiletries- way more than any hotel I have stayed at. The room even had a microwave, toaster, fridge and washing machine along with a kettle and hairdryer so you could easily stay more than one night and have everything you need. When I got in from my late flight the host have me a bottle of wine and extra snacks so I didn’t have to go out for food. So kind, will definitely stay here again if travelling from Gatwick.

The most affordable and convenient location for LGW. Room has everything you need and good for the night. Host is very friendly and helpful 💚 10 min walk to South Terminal through a beautiful park. The path is paved but a bit bumpy so make a discernment whether you want to drag any heavy bags or rather take a cab. I only had hand luggage and enjoyed my walk. Once at ST you can take the shuttle train to the North T. if your departure is there. Runs 24/7 every 3 min. and takes 5 min. Will stay here again if I have an early departure from Gatwick!

The host was lovely and very helpful with providing directions to the property. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. The BnB was located in a great area, close to the airport and with a great view on the way. Thank you very much, will definitely come again if I am traveling! :)

The room was very clean, comfortable and very functional. The host has worked in hospitality and has an excellent understanding of what a traveller needs. The host was prompt and very helpful in answering my messages. I had a short early morning walk alone a lighted path to Gatwick Airport. The path ends at South Terminal, frequent shuttles run to the North Terminal which I went to for Easy Jet. My host provided excellent instructions with photos for the walk. I have already given a personal recommendation to four people.

Perfect location for anyone having to travel from Gatwick airport. The host is very friendly - she even offered to walk me to the airport in case I wouldn't feel comfortable walking alone early in the morning. The room was small, but comfy and had all you could wish for including a kettle, fridge, phone charger tea, coffee, snacks and even a small washing machine.

What a great place to stay. Within walking distance of Gatwick. The owner walked me to the airport which was very kind of her. She was responsive to my messages as well. This is a house with several rooms. I had my own bathroom. It was clean and the details were well thought out. I would definitely recommend it.
