Absolutely no way to dry or hang anything. Poorly cleaned, with no access to even a broom. Absentee staff. Kitchen but nowhere to eat or even sit. Only 1 chair in personal space. If owners thought through flow of the guest, I’d be happy to rate this a 10.

They carved many units out of one row house. We needed one code for the outer door, another to access our hall, and a third to get our room key. It meant that we didn't go out again after returning from supper.

The location was great; we were able to walk to restaurants. We had no issues finding on-street parking.

Bathroom was very tiny so the tiny sink was very difficult to use (removing the glass above the sink could ease access). Distance from the city centre is not too bad (15-20 mins walk) but the bumpy pavements with suitcases made the walk dreadful!

Good size room and bed. Good amenities - washing machine with detergent, tumble dryer, and hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery. Loved the tea and coffee tray with hot chocolate and biscuits! Staff team are easily contactable.

If I had not had a mobile phone, my husband does not have one, or had not checked my messages the day before, we would have been stranded, unable to get in. Please do not assume everyone has one, or has access to the internet. No advice was provided as how to access the TV, especially for anyone without a mobile phone, or much tec knowledge of apps, etc. Had to ask another guest in the flat, then only able to get one channel.

Very handy for city break, once all the entry codes were mastered! Good value, and facilities, don't mind shared bathroom.

There was no living room / couch as advertised in the photos. The bathroom was extremely tight and the water heater only did scalding hot water or ice cold water.

Very noisy, could hear all the other rooms. Picture of room misleading, implied kitchen facilities not shared, but they were Entry to property was problematic as the locks didn't work properly. Another guest eventually had to let me in the front door.

I could not, nor would I try taking a shower where it was located. Too small an area. The closet the shower was located was room for the shower, shower door, and the outside privacy door, very much like a one-person lift. To close and uncomfortable to use.

Rooms were nice, liked the small kitchenette. Was able to use the microwave for small items to cook.

the pictures are deceptive. Couch covered half way across door to bedroom. Curtains do not cover the whole window. To access shower you have to leave room and go onto landing - the shower room is no bigger than a square metre

The apartment was clean and modern. Location was fine with on street parking, WiFi very sketchy and unable to watch terrestrial telly which was a total nuisance! The walls are paper thin. Got woken up at 5.55 am yesterday morning with the noise of the telly in the next room. Then the occupant of that room was either doing a facetime call or a phone call on speaker phone in a foreign language in a very loud voice then he starts walking about the apartment not caring about how loud he was or the time of day!!!!! He left yesterday, the next occupants that arrived, a couple were having an argument so we had to listen to them cursing and swearing until nearly 1am !!!! Please put signs up on your walls to remind your guests to keep the noise down and have consideration for others as that was a nitemare!! Came home feeling exhausted on what should have been a relaxing weekend!

There was not a private bathroom as stated when booking. There was no ariel to the telly so this could not be watched. The neighbouring room were having a party and our engineer had to knock at 1.30am and ask them to be quiet. This accommodation was more a hostel than guest house and way over priced
