Room furniture was space, I needed a desk to work from, only a small table available. Also no comfy chair to sit on. Lighting was poor.

Heating and hot water was excellent, as was the kitchen facilities, plus laundry facilities. Always a parking location available on the street.

The kitchen? as not really clean in the corners and the dish towels were dirty.

Beds were really comfortable and all appliances except the electric fireplace worked.

Absolutely no way to dry or hang anything. Poorly cleaned, with no access to even a broom. Absentee staff. Kitchen but nowhere to eat or even sit. Only 1 chair in personal space. If owners thought through flow of the guest, I’d be happy to rate this a 10.

Well stocked kitchen with laundry. Comfy bed. Good website. Good location if you have a car. Close to groceries

En suite! Sink was too small, toilet too close to shower and Shower was poor. Also flooring requires sorting and sink needs replaced.

They carved many units out of one row house. We needed one code for the outer door, another to access our hall, and a third to get our room key. It meant that we didn't go out again after returning from supper.

The location was great; we were able to walk to restaurants. We had no issues finding on-street parking.

Bathroom was very tiny so the tiny sink was very difficult to use (removing the glass above the sink could ease access). Distance from the city centre is not too bad (15-20 mins walk) but the bumpy pavements with suitcases made the walk dreadful!

Good size room and bed. Good amenities - washing machine with detergent, tumble dryer, and hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery. Loved the tea and coffee tray with hot chocolate and biscuits! Staff team are easily contactable.

I was disappointed because the TV did not have BBC and ITV to watch the news and European Cup

If I had not had a mobile phone, my husband does not have one, or had not checked my messages the day before, we would have been stranded, unable to get in. Please do not assume everyone has one, or has access to the internet. No advice was provided as how to access the TV, especially for anyone without a mobile phone, or much tec knowledge of apps, etc. Had to ask another guest in the flat, then only able to get one channel.

Very handy for city break, once all the entry codes were mastered! Good value, and facilities, don't mind shared bathroom.

There was no living room / couch as advertised in the photos. The bathroom was extremely tight and the water heater only did scalding hot water or ice cold water.

Very noisy, could hear all the other rooms. Picture of room misleading, implied kitchen facilities not shared, but they were Entry to property was problematic as the locks didn't work properly. Another guest eventually had to let me in the front door.

It was a basic property though they provided all the things in the kitchen but it was not perfect for a couple who has come to spend a quailty time together since the sound proifing across the rooms are not enough

I could not, nor would I try taking a shower where it was located. Too small an area. The closet the shower was located was room for the shower, shower door, and the outside privacy door, very much like a one-person lift. To close and uncomfortable to use.

Rooms were nice, liked the small kitchenette. Was able to use the microwave for small items to cook.

the pictures are deceptive. Couch covered half way across door to bedroom. Curtains do not cover the whole window. To access shower you have to leave room and go onto landing - the shower room is no bigger than a square metre
