Window didn't open and I felt the design of the room worked for us as a married couple but I am not sure the open plan bathroom would work if I was staying with a friend.

Cleanliness is important and I think the design leant itself to easy cleaning. House keeping via the WhatsApp worked well. Location, excellent. Very helpful reception team. The style was different, I liked it, never stayed in an hotel before without a key, or key card, remembering the 6 numbers to use the lift and enter the room soon became straight forward. Safe, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. House keeping cleaned every 3 days, if we wanted more, there was a fee. Using WhatsApp for clean towels and tea bags was super efficient. Would use again.

Pricey. No decent curtains (blinds let in lots of light).

A little dated, and could do with a refresh in rooms, but good sized rooms that are quite funky. Very clean, easy parking but pre-book. Loads of eating options close by. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were at the front of the hotel so had to have the blind closed for privacy a lot of the time so it was dark. Could benefit from privacy glass or even half of the window at the bottom having a privacy screen or opaque window covering to still allow light in? Also a bit noisy on the Saturday night but that’s to be expected from a central location so we expected that .

Bathroom and shower very interesting style. Not for beginner couples. 😅😅😅 Open plan,you can see everything Room could do with decoration updates,glass marks etc

The room lock/code system could be an issue if you were in a hurry/had a drink or two...but certainly secure. I didn't like the fact that no window could opened, somewhat distressing, and that the blinds were not able to block out the early morning light, the one thing that would prevent another summertime visit.

The room was clean, spacious and light. It was quiet and we both slept well. Good pillows! Location was excellent, all that Brighton has to offer close by.

The room is a little tired and spartan. We didn't like the side "wings" attached to the either side of the bed, makes getting in and out of it a little awkward. Could do with a couple more drinking glasses too. The sink was very slow to drain due to a build up of hair in the plug hole. Also the security code keypad is a faff for lift and room access.

The pre booked underground parking is convenient. The hotel has a great central location, opposite the Brighton Dome for gigs and walking distance to the many great restaurants Brighton has to offer. The room has a fridge which is very handy. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of quality produce, especially the bacon roll.

The first thing I saw in my bathroom when I opened the door was a big black pube hair. Not pleasant. It’s also beside a loud bar

Not the fault of the hotel but due to having two pubs next to the hotel there was a fair bit of noise after closing hours, not all we're happy revellers.

There was nothing we disliked...if the hotel didn't have what we wanted we were not more than 5 minutes from everything.

The welcome was first class. Our visit was on the back of a major disappointment and the staff Sammy, Lucy, Kate and Chris in particular were simply outstanding.

The power outlets didn’t seem to charge either of our phones very well (using same cables as at home), but they did work just enough. The tv stopped working after first day.

Really good quality hotel — room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I slept well in the bed and the shower was great. Very good value for the money. Good facilities. Brilliant central location and very friendly, helpful staff.

Theres no privacy for the shower, it's a clear door with direct view straight from the bed.

Location of hotel very convenient, near a lot of things. There was a pre-check in option therefore check in process at the hotel was extremely quick. Hotel room was nice, spacious and clean. Finally just a short walk from train station.
