We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSingle beds were very narrow. Felt the menu in bar and restaurant could have been explained better, as we booked a table in the bar on our first night expecting a more relaxed vibe but was given the same a la carte menu as what is used in the restaurant..
The hotel had several lovely little lounges with sea views, perfect for storm watching in. Location and view is brilliant.

United KingdomThe pillows were a little on the soft side, but to be fair we didn't ask if any firmer pillows were available. Car parl signage on the approach to the hotel could be better.
We stayed here for one night in October. On arrival car parking is not clear, but once you are aware there is ample space. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, there was little noise from inside or outside the hotel. The tea and coffee facilities in our room were excellent. We used the spa facilities during our stay which were very good, but the electronic lockers could have instructions nearby as we had to find staff to assist. The 3 pools were pleasant and well thought out. We used the room service, and this was reasonably priced, delivered in good time. We slept well, although the pillows were quite soft but to be fair we didn't enquire about firmer pillows. We were able to easily keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was in the main restaurant which has nice views out to sea and across to Mounts Bay. There was a good choice for breakfast, and the service was swift. Overall a very nice stay, in a lovely location.

Rooms were very comfortable and room service was excellent. They were done while we had breakfast. The location of the hotel is outstanding with beautiful views from every room, especially the dining room.

We had an amazing time during our stay at the Mullion Cove Hitel. The staff were super lovely and accommodating! thank you to Molly and Sraga for adjusting for our needs durin our stay. the spa facilities just wowed us especially with the view! The room was clean and let friendly. Will definitely go back next time we visit Cornwall.

United KingdomMore info about the local area, walks and also getting around the area - bus info etc. The food offer in the bar was limited and did not change - so we only ate once the dinner menu in the restaurant was not enough choice - we only ate there once because of this and it wouldW have been better to have seen the dinner choice in the morning to know if there was an option for us.
the room had a great view, the staff were very helpful. Good location for walking, beaches were great and some very secluded.

United KingdomOur only small gripe was that the bar/bistro seemed very understaffed as it did take a while to get served but we understand this can’t be helped and the staff where very apologetic about this. Food came out in very good time though!
The hotel is gorgeous, you can’t ask for a better location. we used the spa which was so relaxing and we where so lucky that we have the whole spa pretty much to ourselves! the food was delicious, my partner said it was the “best fish and chips he has had” and we are locals so that’s pretty impressive! the breakfast was so tasty and you can really tell the difference with the local produce! bed was very comfortable and the staff where very friendly.

We stayed here during a road trip of Cornwall & we were not disappointed. lovely location & views from the hotel room & restaurant - sunset was lovely during the evening meal. Food in the restaurant was beautiful, we had a very enjoyable 3 course meal, the staff were very attentive & nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was equally good with a good options of hot & cold food. We upgraded our room to sea view & I’m very pleased we did. we didn’t use any facilities (spa/pool etc) but all looked impressive.
