Disappointed lack of breakfast severed at the property a carry out hot and cold breakfast was available but would have preferred a cooked breakfast to eat in..

Anything you needed was on hand extra tea coffee hot chocolate all available 24/7 tea pots and cafetiere also provided. Excellent service.

So beautiful place I thoroughly enjoyed my stay very friendly hospitality and very close to the beach only 5 minutes to drive , in the farm my son was so happy to see jumping goats on trampoline it was so funny 😆, Very delicious breakfast , we will definitely come back again!!!

The fact we had to go home.

Lovely location the people are about all day,nothing was to much trouble. Very relaxed atmosphere and very friendly animals . We had 3 days of brilliant weather and it rained as we left. Food was easy to get in Ilfracombe some open till 8pm.

Unfortunately the WiFi was not strong enough to support basic streaming. I think a WiFi signal booster is needed. Luckily I had my own Internet data so didn't cause too much of an issue. In addition, although the shower pressure was good the temperature seemed intermittent with going from warm to extremely hot in a matter of seconds out of no where. And this continued with the temperature fluctuating up and down which proved to be difficult to shower comfortably on several occasions - despite at different times of the day. Although it could just be me?.....

What I did enjoy was the the farm's aesthetic, the overall location, and the range of refreshments you could choose from. You could help yourself to extra if needed along with other essential items such as towels. There was a modern smart TV which I was shocked to see, as normally you get an old dodgy TV that has limited range of channels - so a win on that part! Overall I would come back again in a year!

Felt it was expensive at £180 for two nights, and that we were ‘told off’, or penalised, for booking through ‘Booking.com’, but we wouldn’t have known about it otherwise. Breakfast was an extra £6 each for a packed breakfast that was only warm (sausages in rolls) when collected from the central area at the time set, 8am. Walk into Ilfracombe was across fields, which was fine, but then along an extremely busy road. There was noise from other rooms and from the nearby busy road. The owner is very Covid aware and provided everything in a central area to help yourself. This included extra towels, bin liners, cups, as well as the tea and coffee. No one entered your room while staying there. I feel that returning to Bed and Breakfast would make the experience much more special, with breakfast a proper cooked sit down breakfast.

The television did not have any usual channels. There was European news which didn't appear to be up to date. There were a few other programmes which were just rubbish and even they kept stopping and buffering.
