Located near to slough train station and shops. Quite clean and a comfortable place to stay. I will definitely stay again if I visit the place. Train to paddington from slough station takes around 30-40 minutes.

The lift is a bit complicated when you are using the roof balcony, on the way down you can't get to your floor if the wrong lift comes. We were on the 1st floor. (One lift only goes 4-5-6-7-8-9, the other one goes all the floors) You can't go to the 4th floor to change to the other lift there , your hotel card has no permission. The mattress in the room could be harder.

The staff is very flexible, nice smell when you enter the Hotel, great location, train station close and with Elizabeth line you are in the heart of London in max half an hour!! Balcony on the roof for smokers. The pub and shops are close and at a good price!

The food at the restaurant was not good at all.

Breakfast was nice but its the same everyday Location is great Staff were wonderful especially Jessie and Anna I liked the motion sensers under the bed :). When you wake up at night you don't need to turn the lights on.

If you come by car request the address of the parking before hand, there is no parking possible in front of the hotel.

There was a situation on our first day when we went for breakfast, and my sister as a question one of the girls from staff, and she was so rude. Then the same girl, she was Polish, was speaking with other Polish girl and she called guests quite rude but because that it was in Polish they couldn't understand. I'm Polish, and I would never let anyone speak in this way to anyone.

The receptionists have been so nice, helpful, and professional.

There are few restraunts in the area, most are either fast food, or tiny grimy take out places. Fortunately, the proximity to the train station opens up easy access to Lindon and Windsor.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel has modern amenities such as a gym. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was located less than 10 minutes' walk to the Slough train station and right on the 703 bus route to Heathrow.

This is my main go to hotel to stay in. So close to everything and staff are so accommodating and friendly, can't recommend enough.

The carpark was a short walk from the hotel, it was free parking but with the amount of bags we had to bring in etc it was a bit tricky. The restaurant menu was a little pricy for our likings on top of the £99 we had already paid for 1 night. So we opted to eat from elsewhere. Welcome drinks were a nice touch however not everyone wants Gin cocktail/Punch so maybe having a standard soft drink option available would be nice for those who don’t drink. On arrival our room was very hot and we tried using the in room temperature gauge to change it however it was saying it was already at its coldest. Reception had to reset it for us from the main board and again the following morning it had to be reset to cool down as over night the system had reset itself and the room got too warm again.

Very spacious, nice size rooms, subtle thunderbirds theme around the hotel. Free welcome drinks on arrival. Staff were lovely, soundproof rooms, lovely welcome from staff who were delightful all the way through our stay. Welcomed dogs too for an extra £20. Beds were comfortable and the room layout was great. We especially liked the security function on the door, where the chain clipped in and locked in so it couldn’t be tampered with, that made us feel that little extra secure when we slept. The tv had all the functions you could need including seeing the menu for the restaurant, ordering room service etc. our room was quite hot on arrival however staff were able to help us and again the following morning. If you didn’t fancy eating at the hotel (menu was a tad pricy) then there are plenty of places to eat or grab a takeaway on the same street. Including a lovely pizza place opposite. we had a great stay thank you.
