The taps in the bathroom. When you wash your hands the water spills on the surface they could do with moving them forward about 2mm. There was a leak in my shower 1st time I’ve had an issue, this was repaired on the same day. Also for the 1st time I had problems connecting my device to the TV, this was also rectified on the day I reported it

I’ve been a few times and live it there, there are things for the kids to do and it’s visually very appealing. I love the decor

The bathroom was quite small but sufficient.

This funky hotel looks and acts very cool. The rooms were more than comfy, small bathroom but not a deal breaker at all. The breakfast was solid and the staff, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They offered instead of dismissing, they gave away instead of following the rules. When they made a mistake they offered a drink. I can’t say enough about the staff - I haven’t experienced this positivity in years.

On a very busy road which remains noisy at night with sirens. Bar and entrance area very noisy in the evening, which was unpleasant after a long travel day. Very slow service from otherwise friendly reception staff on both check-in and check-out. I was upgraded for no reason while my colleague, standing right next to me, was not. Nice for me, but not very tactful as we came in together. A little too expensive for what they offer.

Absolutely love this place. Didn't get there until 11pm but staff were so welcoming, and also had a chat / laugh with me. I also got a drink when I arrived, that was such a lovely touch.

In general the hotel is really good. I would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the employees at the front desk. I booked the room for 2 nights: but the 2 days was shifted of 1 day. I discovered that only once I was at the hotel at pretty late evening. The front desk operators (I am very sorry, but I don't remember the names which is a pity) always with smiles and the BEST attitude, in 5 minutes, fixed the situation.

The staff were excellent especially Jessica, who helped direct us to the car park and was very welcoming upon arrival. She couldnt enough to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We booked the Moxy due to its location to the train station, which was literally a 5min walk away allowing us to travel into London for a sightseeing trip. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and unlike alot of hotels had good pressure in the shower, with plenty of hot water. We were late down for breakfast, but still had a good selection of continental, cereal, yoghurts, fruits and full english available. Also the drinks of fruit juice milk and coffees were plentiful. The feel of the Moxy is vibrant and contemporary, with an underlying theme of the Thunderbirds (which was made in Slough). Merry Xmas to the whole team....we will stay again!!
