This is my main go to hotel to stay in. So close to everything and staff are so accommodating and friendly, can't recommend enough.

The carpark was a short walk from the hotel, it was free parking but with the amount of bags we had to bring in etc it was a bit tricky. The restaurant menu was a little pricy for our likings on top of the £99 we had already paid for 1 night. So we opted to eat from elsewhere. Welcome drinks were a nice touch however not everyone wants Gin cocktail/Punch so maybe having a standard soft drink option available would be nice for those who don’t drink. On arrival our room was very hot and we tried using the in room temperature gauge to change it however it was saying it was already at its coldest. Reception had to reset it for us from the main board and again the following morning it had to be reset to cool down as over night the system had reset itself and the room got too warm again.

Very spacious, nice size rooms, subtle thunderbirds theme around the hotel. Free welcome drinks on arrival. Staff were lovely, soundproof rooms, lovely welcome from staff who were delightful all the way through our stay. Welcomed dogs too for an extra £20. Beds were comfortable and the room layout was great. We especially liked the security function on the door, where the chain clipped in and locked in so it couldn’t be tampered with, that made us feel that little extra secure when we slept. The tv had all the functions you could need including seeing the menu for the restaurant, ordering room service etc. our room was quite hot on arrival however staff were able to help us and again the following morning. If you didn’t fancy eating at the hotel (menu was a tad pricy) then there are plenty of places to eat or grab a takeaway on the same street. Including a lovely pizza place opposite. we had a great stay thank you.

Absolutely nothing it was amazing!

Could not fault this hotel in anyway! We will 100% be booking Moxy hotels again. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The extra touches made it so special. The hotel was clean and super cool. Loved all the funky detail and it was so child friendly . The bed was super comfy! we had the best time in this hotel

We ordered food from the app and the order got lost in the system. We had to inquire about the order. When it finally did arrive the fries were nice and hot but the burger was cold.

The full English breakfast was great. And loved the convenience of the bus stop to go to and from Heathrow.

Lovely, clean hotel, very welcoming my daughter had a nice little welcome pack which she loved. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and Breakfast was nice Would stay again.

The car park area can feel a little unsafe if your by yourself at night. But the location is better as it is closer to the hotel.

Love the location easy to get to places like London and Windsor.

The location is awful if you want to walk to a nearby restaurant. My wife felt unsafe walking on the High Street located very close to the hotel.

Pillows where a bit too soft for my liking but again cant fault the hotel as this is personal preference. Also got woken up at 5.50am due to inconsiderate guests shouting/ slamming doors etc outside our room but again this isnt the hotels fault and i guess some people have no consideration for other guests.

Staff very friendly. Decorated room for daughters birthday which was a really nice touch. Breakfast was nice with a wide range of choice (even fussy 6 year old enjoyed it) Room clean and tidy.
