The mattress was a bit too soft for our liking, but that's a personal preference.

We stayed at Moxy London Heathrow for one night before our flight back home, and it was a good experience. The location is perfect if you're flying from Heathrow, making it super convenient. The hotel has a cool bar that offers food and drinks, along with some fun amenities like a billiards pool, board games, and even a photo booth, which added a nice touch to our stay. They also have a gym, although we didn't get a chance to use it. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and sufficient for a one-night or short stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend Roxy London Heathrow for anyone needing a convenient and fun place to stay before their flight.

I’m not a fan of the feather type pillows so found that my head was sinking into the pillow which was a bit uncomfortable, but that’s just down to personal choice.

The Moxy is a really funky and conveniently located hotel. The staff were brilliant and the nachos were delicious! Loved the various different games that were available for use, and no TV screens which meant more interaction with family and friends!

Cocktails were out of a can - very disappointing especially at the price. Open concept of reception/lounge/restaurant is spacious, but also very noisy when there are a few people in it. Was impossible to have a quiet meal. A number of staff were being trained or in need of training which slowed down all our transactions.

Clean and Quirky place to stay. Loved the decor, especially the mini cooper in the restaurant. Room was small but clean and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom had a fairly large stain on the counter and in the sink. Looked like someone had spilled brown paint on it. I tried scrubbing it and couldn't get it off, which was when I realized it was paint, not dirt. The room was very clean otherwise.

Decor is cool, bed was comfortable, room was small (like every dwelling in London) but well appointed. Had a great experience, would absolutely stay there again. Easy to get from/to Heathrow on the Hotel Hoppa.

Would like additional pillows, even if kept as spares for customers to decide if needed. Though car park does not seem to be under the control of the hotel, there is a need to ensure non EV vehicles are not parked at EV charging bays. There were many free parking spaces available, yet non EV vehicles were parked at EV charging bays.

Good to have EV charging stations. Excellent location.

Quirky hotel, which is a nice change from the norm. The Welcome drink was a very nice touch. Quick check in - at the bar which threw us a bit but very friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean, bed comfortable and as requested overlooked the planes landing at Heathrow so hubby was very happy! Convenient hotel parking outside although you had to pay £12.50. We didn't have breakfast but bought a nice evening meal downstairs to eat in our room. Short distance to Terminal 5 by car and comparable prices to other nearby hotels, Ibis and Premier Inn.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and trendy. From the great decor, the mini in the foyer, and great bar/lounge, we loved our stay. The staff were amazing and let us check in early which got our stay off to a fab start. Our breakfast was lovely, varied hot and really enjoyable. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel that’s a bit different from your usual chain hotel. We’ll definitely be staying here again.
