A modern hotel with a great friendly vibe offering a good selection of pub style meals. No fancy restaurant but they will also allow you to order food in. Lots of different relaxing lounge style zones to sit, work, drink, eat or enjoy company. Lovely free cocktail on arrival and very reasonable wine and spirit prices. Taxi for us both with luggage to T3 was under £20 and took 8 minutes. Will definitely book here again as opposed to other over priced hotels.

As we had a dog with us would have been better to be put on ground floor to be able to get out quicker for the dog (room was on 4th floor)

Convenient accommodation for accessing Heathrow Airport using public transportation. Good nearby pub, The Queens Head, has good food and Fullers on tap.

Too soft beds and room was hot. Not possible to keep windows open because of the noise.

Modern touch of the Hotel world. Unfortunately not al long stay - but will see it maybe next time. Very nice service on the front desk when in hurry. Thank you.

I really hope Moxy brand starts to provide some disposable cutlery even in the rooms , appreciate they have a whole dining downstairs

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location was convenient for event in neighbouring venue. Accessible by public transport (regular buses from Hounslow West Tube stop right outside).

Location is a ride from Terminal 5. Only option is taxi or car. There are other hotels closer by (but with no good family room). Hotel staff is trying to make you use UBER. When you call and ask them how to get there best, they recoment UBER.. Same if you check out and ask them to order a Taxi: the send you to the UBER order computer in the entry hall. I like UBER but the regular taxi is a much better and cheaper option in this case. It is a pity that they exclude the taxi option

Not much I didn't like, the walk to the room was further than ideal, but on the plus side, some extra exercise, hardly something to complain about.

The room was clean and the bed had under-bed lighting that lit up when activated by motion. It was neatly presented, clean and tidy. The open reception area was welcoming, and had a nice ambience.

It was the time when me and my friend were going out and when we just came out from the hotel premises then we stopped by the guy who is claiming that he the hotel manger ( never seen such a unprofessional guy without having name plate or position plate on his dress) and we had been asked a really ridiculous question that are you consuming the weed. When we came out , he was already out side and we also smelled the weed when we came out. It is just a common sense if the outside environment already having weed smell then how can we consume the weed? And the way he just asked was totally inappropriate. He was directly blaming on us. Then i had arguments with him and later on just because of him me and my girlfriend had to cancel our plan because then we got trust issues with him that he can putt the weed stuff in our room just for proving himself right. It was such a bad experience with us. Hotel authorities should take step against him otherwise i will never go with this hotel. And it was my 4th time that i am visiting this hotel. But in future I don’t think so i will think about it.

Property was clean , location is really good. Everything was perfect.
