Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very nice stay, lovely big room, clean facilities and welcoming staff, only 2 nights stay, and suited us just fine. Very nice continental breakfast and living room to relax in as well as bedroom room, wd recommend.

SpainThe room to our mind needed a good change around Wardrobe and table switch places TV to middle of wall so directly in front of bed (as one of our days wet) so found ourselves watching TV. Maybe 1 long curtain rail with a long curtain in front of door,and a short one in front window . The rail in bathroom for bath mat to dry on either replace or rub down and spray

United KingdomNo complaints, really. We were on the ground floor, and could hear the people in the room above walking up and down. This was a bit of a nuisance one night when we were trying to sleep, but otherwise didn't bother us.
Very convenient location, short walk to station, shops and beach. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. No servicing of room, which suited us fine, really not necessary for a short stay. Plenty of tea /coffee/ milk available. Nice to be able to use the breakfast area later in the day for eating dinner if we wanted to. Friendly staff.

United KingdomIt is more a case of unusual than not like, self check in with a key safe and note they do not service your room, you put your bins out for emptying and there is an extra charge if you want clean towels
The buffet breakfast was superb, a wide choice of cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, the staff were most helpful and very friendly. The room was extremely clean. We only stayed for one night, and it was ideal for a stopover.

United KingdomThe oven didn’t work (I might of been stupid but couldn’t get it to go) The room was full of cobwebs and had dirt on the carpet.
Best thing is it’s right behind the shop so you can go there easily and get whatever. Also the main building has a kitchen facility where you can cook food and chill.
