Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Motel 1 is a perfect hotel for a football trip to Manchester. Its location beside Piccadilly station makes it very handy for an early morning train back to the airport. Hotel is spotless and staff are lovely. Beds and pillows are superb.

IrelandThe room we had this time was a little small with no wardrobe. If you were staying for 1 or 2 nights it would be ok but for a week it wasn't ideal.
Really great hotel in a perfect location. Piccadilly station is across the road where you can get the train and the Metrolink. Outside the station there are 2 free city buses. It is a short walk to the Arndale shopping centre and there is a large choice of bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel situated right across from main railway station. Bar area was nice, was not too keen on where they served breakfast (but that was my opinion (felt like sitting in reception area) also breakfast way overpriced for what it was.

Also a screen in reception to book Ubers off. cant comment on breakfast as we didn't have it. would stay again.

I had to do with a cheese sandwich for dinner (but then it was late at night, and the sandwich was very delectable, so not really complaining lol) Also, lack of telephone in room: not much attention is paid to room service? But they had the telephone number to reception.
Great staff, VERY CLEAN, good dinner for me. Its not a 5 star hotel, but it got the job done for me: very safe, clean place to stay for a night for the concert at Manchester. Staff very helpful.
