You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIt would be lovely to have proper cups/mugs/water glasses in the room instead of the paper beakers: a minor niggle only. Otherwise, faultless.
Just across the road from Piccadilly Station, so ideal for a one night stay but also close to the centre of Manchester. Very impressed by all aspects of the hotel: the whole place had a ‘good feel’ to it and the personnel were welcoming, professional and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a large, very comfortable bed and a really good shower with quality towels. It was also lovely and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Ideal.

United KingdomThere was only a shelf next to one side of the bed rather than both, which made it difficult as we both wear glasses and would normally place them at the side of the bed whilst sleeping. The chair took up a lot of unnecessary space. The drinks machine needs checking more frequently as the hot chocolate had no chocolate flavour at all.
Central location made it easy to get to all areas of Manchester we wanted. The view over the city from our window was great. The staff were very friendly and we were able to store our luggage before and after we checked out.

Great stay. Staff were exceptional. Spotless, excellent location and an excellent trained team. Had a minor issue with a blocked shower drain, Highlighted it to reception and was sorted immediately while we were out and room cleaned again. Couldn't fault.

They were so gracious to allow me to check-in early. I left NYC with horrible allergies, and arrived pretty exhausted. I didn’t even have to ask if I could check-in early, they offered which was so nice. The breakfast was next level AMAZING!! Something for everyone and great quality.

I liked everything. The value is incredible. It is literally across the street from the RR station, near transportation and many food options. The lobby is gorgeous, great bar, the staff were so helpful. And the room was small but not cramped, very well equipped, beautfiul new bathroom. And the bed was incredibly comfortable. If you're going to Manchester, you can't do better for your money.

United KingdomRoom was directly across from an office block that could see directly into the room so I had to choose between either potentially accidentally exposing myself with the curtains open or just blackout curtains closed.
Room was clean and tidy, bed soft and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lobby was pleasant and cozy. Felt very calm while at the hotel and happy.

United KingdomThe only real downside was the increasing hints to leave the bar - after the event friends and I went back to catch up and discuss things - plenty of other people also there - we had a bottle of wine and were talking about everything under the sun however we were increasingly hinted to clear the space (not too late either - only a little after halfmidnight) which was a little disappointing. Had someone just said "hey we're planning to close the bar/lounge area shortly" it would have been fine - but the lack of overt communication was a little jarring.
I'd booked a room to attend a very nerdy show (Dimension20 live) and it seemed I wasn't the only one! Staff were very accomodating to my request for level access shower (the only adjustment I really need for my disability) and actually just gave me an accessible room, which unlike other hotels, was just as good quality as other rooms which was great. Room was really comfy, and whilst there was no view, I certainly wasn't there for that.

The location from which I could walk over the city or catch trams to Lowry Centre and Imperial War Museum, and to Stockport one day. The courtesy and helpfulness of staff. Oh, I loved being perched on the 12th floor and the view it gave of the city! I was above the seagulls that flew about early and late. I liked watching the construction going on below me. The sun early and late on old buildings.

Clean, comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff, excellent location, safe parking available close by (Q park with extra cost), great bar area, good value for money. We got an early check in for no extra cost and check out time of 12pm is a bonus.
