Friendly greeting by Lisa, the guest house is set on a hill and has great views. Very comfortable room and beds, excellent breakfast. Easy walk into the town and a good restaurant at the station Hotel. Nice walk back on the sea front. The weather not on our side, unfortunately, as the grounds would have been lovely to sit in.

Everything was perfect

We had a very comfortable stay at MorvenGuest house. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean with excellent en suite facilities. Our breakfast was perfectly cooked and delicious. Lisa was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.

I cannot find one thing I did not like

Everything. It was well kept the view over all from our room was fabulous. It had ample parking for all guests and easy to get in and out. The inside was very well maintained and decorated beautifully

Wonderful stay at Morven guest house with excellent hosts Lisa & Graham. & staff. Beautifully presented inside & out, with everything you need for a great stay. Sleep really well because of the excellent bed mattresses. Also the breakfast has to be one of the best I've had in a long time, great quality ingredients. We were up for a few games of golf & the location for the Carnoustie courses is just a short walk away. I would Highly recommend Morven guest house to anyone who is looking to stay in Carnoustie or the surrounding area.

This was probably the best Hotel/B&B I've stayed in. The staff were beyond exceptional. Extremely friendly and Reggie the dog tops it all. The breakfast was fantastic, for some of the days of our stay I had to leave early but as one of the options was for a takeaway breakfast, I was able to take a warm breakfast roll with me for those days and it was ready and waiting for when I left. The views from the location are also beautiful. All in all I would return again!

The property is in a wonderful location with a view of the city, golf course and water view. It has magnificent trees and is extremely clean. The home is managed by the owners that are great people! They are accommodating, friendly and go the extra mile for you. It was the confort of home offering relaxing times. A must visit!

It's quite a hike to the top floor so consider this if you have heavy luggage.

The house is impressive with a commanding view of the town. The room was spacious and clean, well equipped with fast internet and a great shower. The service was brilliant, and assisted us with dinner bookings in town.

The host was Friendly , greeting us on arrival, shown to our room even fetching fresh tea and coffee up to our room after a long drive,and went through everything about the room and the area. everything was spotless with a really comfy bed ,Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, we had the cooked breakfast.

Such a lovely friendly host, nothing too much trouble, the whole place was super clean, room spacious and had everything you'd need either in it or available, breakfast excellent - good quality ingredients and a decent selection (from fresh fruit to full English and plenty in between). We would highly recommend.
