Nothing we didn’t like about the property. We ate at the fiddlers which was disappointing. Felt rushed through the meal which was expensive and pretty unimpressive. I had a very tasteless piece of salmon and my husbands venison stroganoff was average

Great location with everything you need within walking distance. Lovely bedroom and hosts provide lots of extras, kettle, tea&coffee, coffee machine, biscuits, cake and honesty bar for snacks and toiletries which is a great thought. Breakfast - plenty of choice and very tasty. Again lots of extras

Julie and Chris very hospitable friendly and helpful. Maisie the labradoodle very friendly but not under your feet but she was there on an evening on our return to show us to our room which is not everyones cup of tea but we thought it was lovely and funny she was not a nuisance. On the whole we have no complaints as Julie and Chris thought of everything including hot water bottle, little heaters, even a mat to go on the bottom of the bed to put your luggage on to unpack. Also the homemade lemon drizzle cake was delicious recipe included to take with you

Absolutely nothing

Exceptional b&b. Such a high standard of presentation and immaculately clean. Superb breakfast offering....particularly recommend the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. Hosts are so friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Location is ideal for seeing surrounding areas of outstanding natural beauty. Loved our stay ❤️

Everything. Julie (and Chris we met later) was a wonderful host, the attention to detail was complete. On arrival delicious slices of lemon cake complete with the recipe. Breakfast was an absolute treat with huge selection of hot food and an amazing selection of wholesome cereals. The bed and pillows were comfortable and cosy. Everything was spotlessly clean. We appreciated the local knowledge that Julie took so much time to happily pass on. And I can’t forget Maisie the friendly happy Cavoodle. We all would happily recommend Morlea Bed and Breakfast.

I would describe Morlea as the perfect B&B. very professionally run but with Julie and Chris you have friendly and helpful owners. accomodation was outstanding, location perfect and to be greeted with freshly baked lemon drizzle cake (with recipe provided), this made for a perfect three days in this beautiful village on Loch Ness.

Just everything. Julie & Chris were exceptional hosts. Breakfasts were unbelievable. Just at felt like a home from home. It is the little touches like the lemon drizzle cake left for us. Amazing. Even Maisie the dog was unbelievably friendly too. Please stay here if you can, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely nothing!!

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic trip up to the Highlands and Loch Ness! One of the bucket list places ticked off! Morlea is perfect for visitors up these parts and I will definitely recommend to anyone who says they’re heading to Loch Ness. Rooms - lovely. Full of lots of little personal and high quality touches that make them great and a real home from home. Location - overlooking the village green and with everything you need in Drumnadrochit right on your doorstep! Village store, gift shop and importantly pub! Perfect for Urquhart Castle just 5 minutes away, perfect for a Loch Cruise from the Clansman harbour less than 10 minutes and a wooded walk which goes alongside two rivers and takes you to the foot of the Loch. Breakfast… Host… Parking… All 10’s! We’ve absolutely loved it!

Cant think of anything really. Bedroom window was a bit small but nothing anyone can do about that.

Really good central location. Very clean and some nice extras like a slice of cake on arrival. Very friendly owners and not forgetting Maisie their fabulous friendly dog. Breakfast was beautiful. Really lovely place to stay. We even had a bird nest box outside our window with a sparrow couple showing a keen interest in moving in. As a bird lover that was very special for me.
