We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was amazing; spacious with a decent shower, bath and sink. We didnt use the coffee machine, but its always nice to see a Nespresso machine.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the lovely ladies on reception who welcomed us. Great location, an easy walk from city centre and old port area restaurants, shops etc. Plenty of parking. Excellent value £15 full breakfast including Welsh breakfast option, all the usual cold options even including Portuguese custard tarts. Beautiful restoration of public spaces including lovely large bar. Very large comfortable room (a free upgrade!).

Really lovely hotel with a great bar, and in a great location to walk to the main bar/restaurant area in Swansea. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet.

People were congregating near our table and staff were moving chairs passed us for a function. Meal itself was lovely. same for breakfast. We arrived for breakfast at opening time and they weren't quite ready because of function night before. but staff were very good and accommodating.

Beautiful old building well restored without losing original feel. rooms are large and generous. Bathrooms awesome. Truly beautiful rooms. High ceilings. well heated. Staff friendly, genuine and helpful. dinner was outstanding. great surprise. we were expecting good room service food, but short ribs and chicken were amazing. breakfast is solid, not mund blowing food, but its good enough and very generous and relaxed. Free private parking lot on street front is hugely convenient. thanks guys. we'd love to come back

United KingdomOur room was Cheriton and right outside our ground floor window was a large rubbish bin and some building equipment also overlooked by next door building so needed to keep curtains closed. The other side as we came out of room was some sort of equipment fenced off but rather ugly. Also, my partner drinks beer and there was none on tap at the bar so we didn’t bother with a drink at the hotel.
The hotel itself is really nice, tasteful. The room was beautiful and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Spotless particularly the bathroom. There was a safe, iron, hairdryer. Aircon too. Nice bedlinen. Nice breakfast. Good size car park. Just across the road to get to restaurant we were booked in to.

United KingdomAre room was in the Town house across the road. Not a problem; however the room was next to front door which was constantly being opened & closed the noise was loud in our room!! We asked to be moved & luckily there was one room available in the hotel where we were in peace!! Cooked Breakfast was good. The croissants ran out and didn’t get replaced in time for us🙁small problem and didn’t really matter to us.
Friendly staff, especially at front desk. The bar area was great for meeting up with family and friends. We loved the decor and staff were great.
