As soon as you walk through doors, the building smells musky. Our double room wasn't any better! The TV was tiny along with the room size. Had a patio door, which was adjacent to a work room, and could see them and hear them working late in the night, so I had to pull blind on the door! Tried pulling the curtain on the door, but it was hanging off full of dust on top! Kettle was on windowsill with no socket near, so I had to pick it up to plug into bedside socket, very dangerous once boiled to carry it back! Shower plug grubby looking, rim under sink visibly dirty and too high!no lock on bathroom door . The walls are really thin as woken up at 6 am with next doors tv!

Good welcome, close to our needs for our stay, breakfast was ok with plenty to choose from. Free wifi

A great place to stay for ready access from Heathrow and access to the London historical attractions

Room size could have been larger and shower recess extremely difficult to negotiate.

Location - near Tottenham Court Station - great access from Heathrow on the Elizabeth Line. Close to centre of London and its attractions and easy to access the Underground. Close to Theatres and the British Museum. Breakfast was good - good choice, well presented. Room - although small (we have stayed at larger rooms/apartments on previous visits) but suited our purpose. It was good that we didn’t have to manage stairs as our age might have made that difficult.Room size

Breakfast should have been included in the price of our stay.

Breakfast was decent for the price. At the time of our stay there was a lot of construction going on. It was very loud. Overall our stay was ok.

The breakfast was adequate- there could have been more variety.

The location was excellent- right by British Museum. The staff were friendly and the room clean and comfortable . It was as I expected for a reasonably priced hotel in central London.

No bar fridge in the room and tap water not drinkable. Bottled water provided but not enough, can get extra but a little irritating.

Location was amazing, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous, fresh for and delicious. Room had a bathtub which was excellent after a long day walking around London.

Selected for Location and proximity to theatre. Close to underground. The room was compact but didn't feel cramped. Large flat screen TV and a wall safe. Staff were friendly. Overall, it was a value option that was more than adequate for an overnight stay.

Toast looked like it was made for prisoners of war. So thin, could not pick it up, soggy, unappealing but hot lovely scrambled egg.

Loved the room and also overlooked garden. Warm, quiet and comfy. Lovely staff.

As mentioned, the hotel could do with an upgrade, it does look tired. Having said that at the price point there is nothing to complain about. If being picky: some new carpets in the stairways and common areas; a better shower, mounted higher, more sockets in the bedroom and general redecoration and soft furnishings would be welcome. Long walk up to the top floor.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for a weekend break in London. Good breakfast. The hotel itself, had everything you needed, but it is looking a little tired. The room was well equipped, with aircon, a safe, coffee and en-suite shower room.

The door was hollow and had a huge space under the bottom. I could not go to the bathroom in peace. The breakfast said complimentary but I was not allowed to have a second portion. I was hungry.

Breakfast was good. But too small.
